When I arrived, the pain and stiffness was so bad I could barely turn my head; by the end, I was able to move again. He asked me questions before to understand what I wanted to focus on, how deep to go, and customized the massage to exactly what I wanted. He also gave me some great sample topical creams to help with the muscle pain. I felt so much better when I left, I was able to sleep comfortably at night, and woke up a million times better than the day before -- clearly on the mend. Her conversation was nice, but it was also completely comfortable when I just needed to focus on the massage in silence.
