Here's the deal... I came to Diana when I first had a broken nail. The fix she did wasn't incredible, but it was the day after the 4th of July and it was a last minute request. I wasn't super happy with the set I had gotten at another place, so she told me to come back so she could fix my full set. She did an incredible job. My nails look amazing and are really dreamy. Everything looks really clean and even though she was a little pushy, it paid off. However, I set my friend up with her for an appointment after mine. I let her know specifically that she was looking for a REGULAR manicure. My friend was basically forced to get powder dip. She made her feel very uncomfortable and ended up being in pain the entire session because she can't handle the intense filing that kind of treatment requires. I will absolutely be back here, because they truly do a great job. But don't let anyone there push you to get something you don't want. Just don't. read more

After 3 years, I finally decided to get my nails and feet. Never again will I come to Top Nails! While I'm getting my dip nails, she uses the DRILL TO CLEAN MY CUTICLES. A DRILL. Very painful! Horrible. I even gave her a second try. She rushed through my appointment, I was running late from work and she texted me multiple times asking where I was. No other guest was in the salon when I got there nor was there anyone waiting when I left. She kept telling me to relax my hands but her aggressive nail filing hurt so bad I had to pull my hands away a few times, turns out she was filing so hard she made me bleed. Please, avoid this place. My pedicure and acrylic set was extremely rushed. My set was not what I wanted, they ended up being bulky and very uneven. I was expecting one thing and received another and the owner dared to say it was because of the design. I mean if you couldn't do it then why did you accept to do it? I did ask you if you could do it and you said yes. At first through my eyes the set looked OK then I sent it to my friends and they said no go back! I went back and I thought she was going to redo everything because my nails at this point were extremely bulky but she just painted over them and made it even bulkier. I will attach pictures below. The black set of nails is what I want it in the pink set of nails is what I got. I kept on being told that I was moving too much and that if I kept moving she wasn't gonna do a good job. That I needed to relax! I was going to give her a good review, but after seeing my nails throughout these days I just can't look at them anymore I don't like them! But my two issues were 1 the appointment was for 10am, my friend who was getting a pedi didn't get seen until 11am and my nails were shaped TERRIBLY.
