Absolutely LOVE Diana at Top Nails. She is super patient with me and doesn't mind my desire for as short as nails as possible.

I am here visiting from Ohio and needed a place to get my nails done. She was able to squeeze me in the same day and did exactly what I wanted. She was so kind and so good at her craft! I would highly recommend Top Nails!
Here's the deal... I came to Diana when I first had a broken nail. The fix she did wasn't incredible, but it was the day after the 4th of July and it was a last minute request. I wasn't super happy with the set I had gotten at another place, so she told me to come back so she could fix my full set. She did an incredible job. My nails look amazing and are really dreamy. Everything looks really clean and even though she was a little pushy, it paid off. However, I set my friend up with her for an appointment after mine. I let her know specifically that she was looking for a REGULAR manicure. My friend was basically forced to get powder dip. She made her feel very uncomfortable and ended up being in pain the entire session because she can't handle the intense filing that kind of treatment requires. I will absolutely be back here, because they truly do a great job. But don't let anyone there push you to get something you don't want. Just don't.
After 3 years, I finally decided to get my nails and feet. Never again will I come to Top Nails! While I'm getting my dip nails, she uses the DRILL TO CLEAN MY CUTICLES. A DRILL. Very painful! She also used the drill on my friend. We didn't see the blood until we left and drove 30 mins back home. Now, 1 day later we are both stuck with bleeding cuticles and painful fingernail beds. She is very unsanitary with her nail tools and I seen a baby roach! Please avoid!
Now that nail salons are booking up extremely quickly it's hard to get an appointment anywhere, this was my first time at Top Nails. First off, Diana opened the nail shop very early in the morning to accommodate customers. I went in at 830 am and she said there was a customer before me! Aside from how nice Diana is, the shop is very clean with all safety precautions in place. Also she only allows one customer in at a time and she's the only employee working.
Diana is AMAZING! She has really honed her craft, and always delivers whether it's a classic mani/pedi or more extravagant designs.

The nail techs are amazing. They are professional and honestly work around my crazy schedule. I never leave there disappointed from the designs to my eyebrows all top notch. I just recently got something a little bit more intricate than my normal solid colors and I have to say I cannot stop staring at them. Alyssa is a magician. read more

Went to Top Nails for the first time today, I love how my nails turned out and I love Diana as my nail tech, she has such a loving and warm personality when I spoke to her. She is so caring. The pricing was very fair given the services. I had a full set of powder dip nails with tips and the special "seashell" design all for a very reasonable price. Diana even took the time to slowly soak off my nails instead of rush and drill them off like many other places do. I felt taken care of at Top Nail and I will 100% be coming back! Try to dip nails with Sea Shell design, so pretty! read more

I just moved to the area and this is the second time diana has done my nails. She's very experienced and was able to fill my almond shape into coffin so I didn't have to get a full removal since I have very brittle nails. She is quick, precise, and affordable. Definitely recommend! read more

I cannot speak higher about this nail salon. I am visiting from New York and desperately was looking for somewhere to get dip powder. As soon as I called, Diana answered and told me to come in. When I got there, I was amazed by the selection of colors they had for dip powder. They were so nice and accommodating to me the entire time I was in the salon. Katie did my nails and did a fantastic job! Whenever I come to Philly, I will definitely come back. Oh, they also have wine and accept Venmo! read more

I didn't think it was possible for my nails to be long and strong ever again. As a beauty professional my hands are constantly in use, so they rarely hold a manicure for long, not even gel. I was promised by Diana that if I came in every three weeks for a dip manicure that my nails would grow and stay that way, and she was right. She is consistent in techniques and the proper removal of the dip powder so that my nails are actually improving with every session. So thankful I found her! I've also had my nails done by the other angels on the staff and they all follow the same rules so I would trust any of them. Pre book ! They take the extra steps to give a long lasting manicure at an amazing price. Super accommodating. Respect their time and set it up before hand so they can have a peaceful work day read more

Horrible. I even gave her a second try. She rushed through my appointment, I was running late from work and she texted me multiple times asking where I was. No other guest was in the salon when I got there nor was there anyone waiting when I left. She kept telling me to relax my hands but her aggressive nail filing hurt so bad I had to pull my hands away a few times, turns out she was filing so hard she made me bleed. The shapes of my nails aren't symmetrical and they are jagged as well. Do not waste your time. read more

Dip ombré nails Done by Dee This is the ONLY PLACE I'll go to to get my nails done anymore... & I no longer live in philly, I live an hour away! Dee and her team have NEVER disappointed. Everything is always done perfectly, and they treat everyone who walks in there like princesses I've been to many nail shops, & never had such great customer service. Please, avoid this place. My pedicure and acrylic set was extremely rushed. My set was not what I wanted, they ended up being bulky and very uneven. I was expecting one thing and received another and the owner dared to say it was because of the design. I mean if you couldn't do it then why did you accept to do it? I did ask you if you could do it and you said yes. At first through my eyes the set looked OK then I sent it to my friends and they said no go back! I went back and I thought she was going to redo everything because my nails at this point were extremely bulky but she just painted over them and made it even bulkier. I will attach pictures below. The black set of nails is what I want it in the pink set of nails is what I got. I kept on being told that I was moving too much and that if I kept moving she wasn't gonna do a good job. That I needed to relax! I was going to give her a good review, but after seeing my nails throughout these days I just can't look at them anymore I don't like them! It would have looked nice in this light pink color but the shape the style the lines, they were in it! $91 down the drain. read more
