It was very relaxing, came with a fruit tray, a few snacks, a warm towel, and a complimentary drink. The rose petals were super cute and the person providing the service checked regularly to ensure the water temperature was good and the chair massage controls were working how I'd like them to. She ensured the nail shape was to my liking and she asked a few questions about my expectations of the color before applying. She even showed me her own nail color when I decided to pivot from my initial choice. While this location is in a very busy part of the city, they offer a parking option for those spending a certain amount. I was able to find street parking since I wasn't sure if I would spend that amount. I intend to visit again. read more

Since my birthday is this weekend, I knew I wanted to get my nails done and have a different experience to feel more pampered/relaxed after some very busy months. So, after doing some research and seeing great reviews of this spa, I decided to give them a try + so glad I did! As soon as I walked in, it felt like the ideal vision for what I think of for a spa environment - clean cut design, bright lighting, modern chic yet comfortable furniture. I was immediately greeted by the front desk staff. They checked me in pretty quickly and asked what I would like for my complimentary drink (I chose a Mimosa). Though I got my pedicure done first, I was able to solidify the color options for my manicure. Since I had a particular French dip design in mind, the staff was super helpful in finding the right base color. Ezgi did my pedicure and she was great! I loved talking to and getting to know each other and I felt relaxed and taken care of during my pedicure experience. For my manicure, they changed my person and I ended up with Camille - love her!! She was so personable and kept the conversation easily flowing while doing my nails. And she did an excellent job! I wanted a particular design for this dip full set and she executed it perfectly. Perfect length and shape, design done exactly as I requested (including the heart on each ring finger) and overall well done service. Some may say that the prices are a little high, but I'm of the mind that you tend to pay for what you get. I feel that I've paid almost the same at one or two other places, but didn't get the same level of experience. The atmosphere, cleanliness, professionalism and friendliness of the staff along with the quality of service is worth it. They have an array of beverages ready to go and friendly, responsive service. The space is beautiful, calming, and luxurious. My nail tech, Devina, was thoughtful, thorough, and so nice - she did a beautiful job! After tip a gel pedi and standard mani ran me a bit over $100 but was well worth it for the luxe experience. Brought that to the staff's attention at checkout because I was super disappointed and they said "ok we will check the cameras." No reconciliation of the issue or further comment. I watched them seat someone immediately after the prior customer left without doing any type of wipe down or cleaning of the mani spot. The slots you put your hands in for the manicure drying also need a serious clean. Will see how long this gel polish lasts, but I won't return and wouldn't recommend it here. So I decided to go ahead and finally make an appointment to do my nails. My nails are very weak and I've tried to strengthen them over time, but given how I I have seen other people's nails done and friends' nails manicured, I've been wanting to do it but never got around to it. After seeing the great Yelp reviews, I decided to go ahead and make an appointment. I am not really well versed in the salon and beauty world. I just knew that my nails needed tending to. The nail technician, Camilla, was so sweet and friendly. She talked to me to get to know me throughout the appointment which made me feel right at home. The salon itself feels so luxurious, like something out of a resort. The walls right when you walk in are adorned with different dip power options, as well nail polish options. I didn't know whether I wanted acrylic or dip, but I was recommended dip as she said it was the better for my nails. Camille was very meticulous and asked me if the color was okay and explained to me step by step what she was doing as it was literally the first time for me getting my nails done. I have had a manicure done before but this was the first time ever and she was patient and understanding. They also offer complimentary wine so I had a glass (or cup) of that. They offer mimosas, champagne, red wine, white, etc. It was nice. I felt so pampered:) I then ended up getting a pedicure as well, which was super nice. First time for that. The chairs they have were so comfy and gave you a massage at the same time. Very high end. They offer different pedicure packages and I went with the sport one that offered a 15minute massage and Parrafin wax add on. It was lovely and the water was so warm. Again, Camille explained everything step by step from the scrubbing to the manicuring to the buffing. I went with a red color for my toes and a soft pink glazed chrome color for my hands. Camille did a great job on both. I feel so grateful I read the reviews for this place. It would have been amazing if they offer massages as well. I did receive a foot massage and Camille did massage my hands for a bit after with lotion which was so nice as well. The reviews for this place do hold up. I just felt proud of myself for booking the appointment. I'm not a super duper girly girl though I do like my pastels and confetti and glitter, but this was one of those things I've had on my bucket list for a good while and I am so glad I did. I wanted to LOVE this place but unfortunately, I won't be back. I am a nail salon veteran and have been getting full sets for almost two years. So full disclosure I am by no means an expert but I have enough experience as a patron of nail salons to know this is weird. I signed up for an acrylic full set (which my mistake I thought included gel polish, more on that later) and a Russian cuticle treatment. First of all the The vibe and aesthetic is gorgeous, and I thought the service during my appointment was great. Russian cuticle treatment was, ok? I don't know I need that again. But That's a personal choice. Use your own discretion. The biggest issue i have is after 4 days, my polish is chipped and peeling- which ok maybe my bad I genuinely thought the full set came with gel as most salons offer that together. But the worst is that my acrylic is lifting and one nail is already gone. 4 days, guys!!!! I can sit here with confidence that I have not done anything that would have caused this much stress to my nails to cause it them to lift and fall off in a short timeframe. Now looking back, I'm questioning if I should have been so nice that my finger bled so much during the filing. I probably should have seen it as a red flag. I don't know I wish I could go back but I don't want to risk spending $100 on a manicure when I know there's better salons in the city. read more

The nail tech rushed through my pedicure and got paint all over the skin of 4 of my toes. The manager offered me a complimentary additional service as a constellation after I had already been waiting for 45 minutes. When I asked my nail tech for the additional service, she said no. I guess if you're already besties with your nail tech then they'll help you quickly, but if you're a new customer, prepare to wait 30-60 in cold water, even with a pre-booked appointment. read more

I've been here a few times now and each has been a great experience! It is very easy to schedule appointments and I've never had to wait once I'm there. Lots of colors to choose from! It's also very, very clean as it seems they have a staff person dedicated solely to cleaning. The pedi tubs were constantly getting scrubbed! And my nails look great! A pedicure is over an hour long, so you're not getting rushed along for the next person. They also offer nonalcoholic beverages as well as champagne and mimosas. Literally a hidden gem! Juna is the cutest little boutique-y style eyelash place. I've only recently been wearing lash extensions and my girl Jasmine is so patient when it comes to my indecisiveness and switching up styles every refill. She let's me know what size and curl she's putting on me which I appreciate because then when people ask me about my lashes (which is often!!), I can actually answer. My lashes also stay on between each refill amazingly well given that my skin is really oily and the previous lash place I was going to for a little bit didn't provide the same retention on my lashes as Jasmine's does. She takes her time in customizing your lashes so your eyes can pop. I recommend the hybrid set. They give you a subtle natural look with a hint of glam. Great for everyday wear! It's the best feeling waking up beautiful after a full set or fill. Note: Juna uses very high quality products. They don't use cheap glue. They use just the right amount of glue so you don't feel any weight and dirt! A lot of inexperienced lash techs use too much glue that can damage your lashes! Also their lashes extensions are fluffy!! Some lash places use too thick of a lash and they have that crunchy feel. Trust me when I say I've tried a lot of lash places!
