This was my first time going to Nail Society as it was recommended to me by a friend. She gave me a phone number to text so that I request an appointment. Someone replied to me as soon as they opened, I booked my appt and sent $25 Venmo deposit, which is later deducted to your final amount. My nail tech, Roxanne, brought my nails back to LIFE. She was so nice, did an amazing job & shaped them perfectly and I love the color, perfect for the fall/thanksgiving. I originally booked my appt as a nail, acrylic refill and gel pedicure but because my nails needed a little more TLC, I didn't have enough time to do a pedicure. Roxanne did a gel polish change instead and did a great job in just 10 mins or so. Salon is nice and clean, pretty decor and everyone seems so friendly. I'll definitely be back before Christmas :)

Left without complaint and attempted to fix them at home myself. But because these nails are for my engagement photos I decided it would be worth it to call and complain. Not only did they blame me, they were refused to fix them and told me I should have said something while I was there. Which makes no sense because the tach had another client waiting and did a rushed job and everyone in the shop could see the service was unsatisfactory. PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH TECHS HAVE LIMITED TALENTS!! It should not be the responsibility of the general public to determine which nail tech is the best fit for a standard gel manicure. Unacceptable.

A little disappointed given it's only been a week and had my old gel on from another salon with minimal peeling for almost 4 weeks but am willing to give them another chance on the manicure since it was my first time. The salon is large and centrally located. I came in the mid-afternoon on a workday but the salon was full, I was quite surprised... luckily I didn't have to wait though. They have a large selection of nail polishes but a large portion of them came with an uncharge which was frustrating. I struggled to find a color that I liked and made a mental note that I could bring my own nail polish next time (one which I like and would save me any up charge). My manicurist was quiet but helped me pick a color and overall, let me relax but was also attentive to my needs. I ended up getting the mani/pedi combo because with a student ID you get $5 off which I thought was good. The pedicure was good and I liked the hot stones which is not something you see at all salons. The manicure was fine.. my nails were short so shaping was limited but my manicurist took her time with them. Finally, they give a nice arm and shoulder massage while you get your nails dried prior to leaving. This was quite nice and I've definitely never seen this elsewhere. At the end, she put some oil and saran wrap on my toes to protect them in my loafers. She was also conscientious to make my bill and take my payment prior to doing the manicure polish, lest I forget and risk ruining my nails. Lots of patrons appeared to be regulars which was reassuring. On their website it says patrons get a "personal box" but such a service was not apparent to me and nobody asked for my name or make any indication that I'd have a dedicated box.

Joy gave me a gel pedicure that was clean, even, and neat. She took her time to make sure everything looked great, and in addition gave a wonderful massage and scrub. Jessica gave me both manicures pictured below. She also takes her time and makes sure to give everything a once over, making sure it's perfect. Additionally, she gives a wonderful back massage. Their customer service is by far the best I've experienced in the city, and I feel that their prices are more than fair. I will absolutely be coming back to Symphony Nails!

The staff was/is nice, they do a great job on pedicures and manicures; however, i am not happy with the materials used. I have gone at least 1 month and half with not having a refill and had no nail polish chips or breakage. The length of time is due to out of state travel. I came to this location twice, my second time coming I spent 175 dollars on nails and feet, nothing fancy just French and tips. I was away for 4 days due to work but within the same day my feet chipped, I did go back and they fixed it. I also noticed air bubbles on my nails within a couple of days. For the price spent, my nails and pedicure did not last long at all, and I pay less elsewhere. I will say they are overpriced and work with materials that have low quality. I did return after this and had a pedicure instead of including the refill. They did a good job on my feet. However, I am not willing to risk them doing my nails again.
