Basic pedicure for $30. No frills at all here. I don't use gel or dip so there were limited color options. Oh, and be prepared to pay a $2.50 fee for using a credit card. They are very clean and everyone was friendly. There was no forced conversation and they weren't super pushy about upgrading, though they did ask a few times despite my having made a reservation for a basic pedicure. You could likely walk in here without much of a wait which is a bonus. But seriously, build credit card fees into your prices if you're that worried about it. And the forced Venmo tipping, lol. Absolutely love this location! Everyone is very friendly and the entire environment is super clean. Excellent nail polish selection. And the technicians are extremely skilled with both regular polish and dip powder manicures. I had a french dip polish manicure and it was the best i've had in years. I've been to this location twice and each time was a consistent positive experience. The nail tech was a perfectionist with my pedicure which I greatly appreciated. I booked Wendy but someone else apparently did my nails. I originally thought it was her but didn't know until checkout. My dip nails were way too thick. The employee kept saying it was due to the shape of my nails but she definitely could have taken her time to thin them out a bit. I'm not sure if it's lack of experience or laziness. I will consider returning since the salon was very clean and the staff was very nice but of course not for dip nails. read more

Went this morning for a dip manicure and had another great experience. One thing to note: In my initial visit, I was book with someone else and Wendy ended up doing my nails. This visit I booked with Wendy because I was happy with my experience last time, and this time someone else did my nails. I'm not sure they consider who you book with, but this manicure turned out even better than the last one (although they were both phenomenal), so I have no complaints! I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon yesterday. I went in for dip powder nails and was initially met by a friendly nail tech. However, things quickly went downhill from there. Firstly, I asked her kindly to push back my cuticles (to make sure my nail shape was even at the top), and she assured me she would later, but never did. When she asked if she could cut my nails, I replied yes, but just a tiny bit since I wanted to keep growing them out. However, she cut them much shorter than that and later aggressively filed them down even further throughout the dip application. When she initially began filing my nails, I noticed she was filing down the corners all the way to my skin. I then asked her not to file down the corners any further because it can be painful once my nail starts to grow out, and she seemed annoyed by this request. During the dip powder application, I had to repeatedly ask her to fix areas where the dip was way too thick and very bumpy. I don't like super thick dip powder, but she got very annoyed with my requests and became very aggressive to the point that the she tore chunks of dip off with the drill. She had to redo several nails but was prepared to leave them in poor condition had I not kept asking her to fix them. One nail had so much dip taken off that it looked like there was a hole on my pinky, and she claimed that the topcoat would cover that and it wouldn't be noticeable. At this point, I was getting fed up but asked if she could fix it regardless, and her attitude became even more hostile. To make matters worse, she didn't cover every area of the dip with the topcoat. The last time I was here, the guy only added one layer of topcoat, and I noticed that the dip did not last me as long as it normally does at the other salons I have gone to. Therefore, I asked her if she could add another layer of topcoat, but she got visibly angry and started complaining to other techs. By this point, I just wanted to leave, but I stayed to finish the last coat. Despite my polite requests, she remained aggressive and left a lot of powder all over my nails. The nail shape was also wrong; in the beginning, I had asked for square with round edges, but she started filing them almost like a coffin shape and they were left as squares at the end as she filed them down so much. I'm extremely disappointed because my previous visit was fine, but this time, the tech was so rude and aggressive that my nails hurt today. The pictures attached were taken as soon as I left the place, and despite the reflection of light, you can still see how "dirty" my hands look because there was still so much dip left on them, how uneven some of the application was, and how thick my nails still looked even after I had her file down more. As a waitress, I understand what it's like to work in the service industry and always try to be kind and reasonable with my requests. However, I expect a certain level of service when I'm paying for something and didn't think it was unreasonable to ask for the dip to be even instead of looking thick and chunky. I am especially disappointed because the store is around the corner from me and I was excited at how convenient this was. Unfortunately, this experience was far from satisfactory, and I won't be returning. read more

The prices are affordable, the shop is immaculate and the customer service can't be beat. I'm so happy this place has opened! I've tried so many nail salons in Philly and I've never really been thrilled with any of them so I've resorted to driving to Cherry Hill to get my nails done. they do a good job with nails but the customer service is severely lacking. it's not worth booking an appointment because not only will they see you 20 mins late, but you also won't receive services from the tech you requested. because of this, you'll be there way longer than expected, approximately 1 hour+ for a gel manicure. they also make no effort to check or confirm appointments and will oftentimes give you the wrong services or completely skip services that you've booked. cleanliness is also lacking imo -- the techs do not wear gloves and move from customer to customer, use their phones, and use the cash register without cleaning their hands in between. i've been a regular here since i moved to the neighborhood 10 months ago and was really disappointed in my experience today (see everything above) -- they're usually at least 15 mins late even if you make an appointment, but i was willing to look past it in previous appointments. today's experience, with the length of time it took to receive the service, not receiving one of the services i booked because they took too many walk-ins, and not receiving services from the tech i booked with, has completely turned me off. i'm not planning on returning. read more

Went back to get my polygel extensions and loved it :) Wendy is very meticulous and works well with what you are looking for. I was trying to go for the Hailey Bieber look (funny bunny + tin can man). They unfortunately did not have tin can man but we were able to get a similar look by layering a glittery gel polish over the funny bunny. read more

I always have a great experience here. My nails look great, they are able to take my relatively timely, and if my appt time isn't possible I'm contacted in advance. I felt discriminated against... I stopped in the shop & informed the owner "Wendy" that I was coming back in 5 minutes, I needed to get my daughter bc we were both being serviced. We got back about 4:15pm & bc there were only two nail techs, obviously there was a wait which is fine. It's now 4:27pm an Asian lady walks in for her 4:30 aptmnt. Wendy gives her the nail book to pick a color. (she never offered me or my daughter the book) after still waiting for another 15 minutes.
