Service was excellent. Salon was clean. Staff was quick and efficient. Prices were lower than most in the area.

I watched the lady doing eyebrows us the same waxing stick for different customers, dip in wax after each eyebrow of different people & LEAVE USED STICK IN WAX. Gross. My nails were trash, paint everywhere, I plan on getting gel but didn't feel like she would do a good job. She did the mani & now my finger nail beds hurt. This place isn't clean at all. read more

Stopped going here because I noticed they were charging me a different price for the exact same service every time I went in. It started out as just a dollar or two and then ended up being $15 more than the first time, which they weren't able to explain. The quality of the work and the turnover of employees definitely didn't help their cause. read more

I stopped in to this nail salon because I live near the area and wanted to check it out. I had high hopes to make this a regular place since I lived so close to it. I told the nail tech I wanted an acrylic fill with black gel and coffin shape. She made a comment "why? it's not halloween," I thought that was a little abrasive but didn't pay much mind to it. However, after that she was very aggressive about adding designs and kept pushing services that would be additional up-charges. I eventually gave in to her adding 4 stickers that she peeled from a sticker book and placed on my nails. She followed that with a top coat. After confirming the price, I agreed to also get my eyebrows done and noticed that the station was not sanitary. She kept putting the same wooden stick in the wax after putting it on my eyebrows. After all my services were complete, the tech told me an absurd price. I expressed confusion by this price and then the owner of the salon came over and started arguing with the nail tech. I asked them to explain to me in detail why the price was so high and the tech started naming random up charges that I have never experienced anywhere else. She also told me that the 4 stickers were $32 which seemed absurd and after questioning it she admitted to doing the math incorrectly. They were supposed to be $16 for 4 stickers. At this point I just paid and wanted to get out of this salon and never return. Terrible experience overall. read more

I hate writing bad reviews but as I'm currently writing this with cut up, swollen fingers, I just had to. This is the most unprofessional, uneducated and insanitary salon I've ever been to. I spent three hours there for a dip manicure in which two of the three hours were spent with my fingers in acetone. The first hour involved a tech haphazardly dumping acetone into separate bowls for my fingers to sit in. I was then met by another tech who cut my nails way too short and in shaping, filed my skin down until they bled on two of my fingers. I kept pulling my fingers back telling her it hurt but she continued to file aggressively. While this was happening, a new client walked in for her 6 pm appointment, which completely flustered the tech and caused her to scream and curse and try calling her coworkers back to the salon to help, all while continuing to file my nails down. Two of my fingers required tips but as she was so flustered, she superglued my fingers to hers and I had super glue stuck all over my hands. I had asked for dip but was only in the future made aware of her lack of knowledge with the preparation of dip powder. As she pulled out the liquids and dip color, I noticed the liquid steaming under the light and a clear chemical reaction caused the nail brush to completely harden while she kept applying the powder, resulting in the clumpiest dip application I've ever seen. I was then left for 45 minutes to allow the dip to dry, which should only take 5 minutes, while she completed a pedicure on another woman. After the 45 minutes were up, she told me my nails still weren't dry and clumsily applied more liquid. While waiting, I was peeling off the super glue and other liquid that had hardened and stuck to my skin. When she came back to file them down, the dip completely came off my nail. At this point I knew the application was done incorrectly and asked that she just completely remove the product from my nails. She filed them down and then got more acetone for my nails to soak off. After 30 minutes, I could feel that it wasn't removing, so I told her and she then had a panic attack and yelled at her coworker and started to cry in which the coworker tried to help and suggested she get the heated acetone bath. I braced the pain and left my fingers in the almost boiling acetone with open sores just to get the product off my fingers. Once the dip was removed, she placed the hot acetone haphazardly on the floor. The tech then offered to give me a gel manicure at no charge which was really kind of her. At that point I was feeling somewhat better with the 10 minute gel manicure but at the last minute she filed my skin off on another nail, resulting in 3 open sores on my fingers. I left the salon with dry, swollen fingers from the hours of acetone soak and 3 open sores that I was at risk at getting infected. I sincerely suggest no one visit this place as it is a health hazard and the staff is not properly trained. I was unable to attend work the next day at risk of infection since I work in a lab and have to wear gloves. I could barely even do basic activities for the next few days due to the sores. read more
