Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon and they knew I was very unhappy with the service, they should be ashamed to treat people this way. Arrived at 2:20, no one helped me till 3:30 and I was out by 4:05 so you can imagine how great my nails look. I live in Sheraden but I was getting my nails done in Etna near my exes place but we broke up and I'm not trying to go all the way over there for my nails. so I'm looking for a new nail place. I prefer to get dip or gel builder on my natural nails. I called hours ahead to make an appointment---now this place takes walk ins but I'm busy and I tip well so I expect to have a an appointment when I arrive. No there's no one available to help me for my 2:30 appt , they make me soak my whole hands in acetone for an HOUR. The man who helped me was rude and yelled at me repeatedly to keep my hands in gross ass (resuable containers) of acetone instead of using a cotton ball, foil and what, 15 minutes? I told him it was hurting me. Told multiple employees. They we're having me soak that long bc they had 3 nail technicians helping 6 people. The other two nail techs seemed nice, embarrassed by his behavior ignoring me when Im obviously about to walk TF out. I should have walked out after 30 mins but no I sat there like an asshole for over an hour, then he was rough with me, fucked up my cuticles (was legit filing my cuticles like a psycho) totally disregarded the shape I asked for in nail. Bad experience with an unprofessional staff member who come to work with personal problems and takes it out on clients.

Horrible !!! They charged me 65 for this horrible service . I got dip and moon what I got . They guy didn't even understood what I wanted ! The 1st time I was disappointed with all of my nails except 3 falling off within 2 weeks, requiring a full set to be redone after just 2 weeks of having it done. I'm not in California - don't know why this is not focused on the right location. I received a regular pedicure - no polish and a regular manicure - no polish or fake nails, and was charged $58.00. I'm 74 years old and feel that he took advantage of me. I hope this review will help others not to be taken advantage of. I hope he's also enjoying the $7.00 tip I left, I won't be returning. I made an appointment for 2:00 and didn't get seen until 3:00... I got a fill and three days later the nail came off. Before getting my fill they told me they don't use regular polish they only use gel... what they didn't say is the gel is $15 extra. What went from a 18 dollar fill, turned into a 40 dollar subpar underwhelming job. I called the owner and she said it wasn't her responsibility. read more

I got a dip manicure from John. He cut my nails down so short, the dip manicure was not smooth and the top coat dried incorrectly. I called the salon and was told if I came back, the owner would fix them. I went back in and instead she just had John file them down and put a top coat on. They chipped with in a week. Worst salon I've been too. For 55 dollars, I would expect it to last at least a week. I gave Lee the benefit of the doubt by going back and giving her the opportunity to fix it, only to be rushed and the issue remain unresolved. I've tried many salons but this was easily the worst experience I've had. read more

This was my third time in a row visiting this salon I get regular acrylic fills. I asked for a cut down and he refused to cut down to the length I wanted. Basically said he would file it down, which he didn't. Then I got gel top coat so it would dry faster and yet it was still messed up after he told me I was completely dry. I also had several nails coming apart from my real nails which I asked to have glued or fixed. It looked like he was gluing but once I left they're still apart. If I didn't have my daughter with me distracting me I would have kept on him. He had the nerve to ask me where I went to get my nails done because they were coming apart - I told him here and he and another guy did them - and he just shook his head. Attaching a picture of my nails 2 days out. Don't waste your time and money. Cost me $18 for a fill, $3 for a cut down, and $5for gel top coat. Shouldn't have given him $1! read more

I really love this nail salon. I am always happy with the work when I leave, and they have a killer selection of colors in every form (gel, dip, regular.) Biggest downfall is nail art is hard to come by here, and some employees are hard to understand. I usually do walk in. Chances are if you make an appointment, you'll wait the same amount of time as if you just walk in. read more

I went to the nail salon on a last minute type of thing and will never return. Initially everything was good but as my service went on I was very annoyed by the ignorance of John. I informed him that I wanted gel polish and I wanted a blue color. I was directed to a wall with tons of polishes on it. I asked if there was any one gel polish that he could recommend over another because I have had bad experiences with some gel polishes peeling of a day after having them done. He acted as if he didn't her and another tech answered and made suggestions. As I was getting my pedicure done I notice some discoloration in my toe nail that had not been there not his fault but he tells me that it is normal which it isn't. During the service he continously snatches my hand and points to give direction as if he can not talk. Clearly he does and he can. The very next day I notice chipping on my nails, 85 bucks because I still tipped him, shouldn't have. I call they tell me to come down. I arrive pick the same color as directed to do so. John is with a client. I understand but the other lady was free walking around, folding towels, talking on the phone etc. I ask do I have to wait for him and the lady says he's polishing. Okay but when I arrived he was not polishing he was doing a full set. I sit in John's chair and ask is there anything to prevent this from chipping from happening so soon after getting them done. No answer. John was plain old ignorant. Top nails will never get my money again!!!! read more

After several visits to this salon I unfortunately have to give it one star. First each visit of getting my nails done the paint chipped in less than 24 hours. And upon each return to repair the owner was argumentative and wouldn't take responsibility mind u I upgraded to the gel polish which should last more that 24 hours. Then there was hair or string under my polish which was my fault also. The nails alone cost $65. I had designs on two nails. She argued with me when I said she missed a clear coat on one nail and wouldn't apply it either. There is no respect for customer. the kicker is , when I went back to fix the chip there was the same customer who was there the day I got my service, back to get a nail that broke in less than 24 hours also. I absolutely love this place! ! It is clean and well ventilated. For once I don't have to leave a salon with the worst headache. Their service is phenomenal and the staff are super personable. You can actually joke around and have a great time. Lee is the head technician and I always leave there happy with the services she give. The prices are reasonable and trust me when I say, you get what you pay for. I will always come back here. I would definitely recommend this salon so everyone! I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. Messy gel manicure on natural nails Thursday 5/26/2016. Polish on skin, under nails and several "blips" in the polish and very uneven polish. Called and was told to come back 5/28/2016 before they opened for a fix. I was treated very rudely from the moment I walked back in today. The guy was rough as he filed and drilled the polish off my cuticles and skin. He said okay all done even though now my skin is all red and there are big missing globs of polish everywhere from the drilling - it actually looked worse. Manager told him to put another coat on which just angered him. Job is still terrible but I will live with until I go to another place next week and NEVER again TOP NAILS in Crafton. They had a chance to fix it in a professional manner which did not happen. This was not a good experience. Not one person apologized for the trouble. Take your $30 elsewhere for a gel manicure or proceed with caution. read more
