Today, I got an oil change and I was thrilled to see Dominic working there almost year later. Same smiling, positive energy. Didn't upsell me, but showed me the state of my car and made some recommendations (including some things to wait on taking care of). If you're looking for an honest place with great customer service, I highly recommend. I contacted Mickan thru Facebook and they got back to me right away. I went in the next morning, I got right in and right out, probably was 20 minutes. Mickan wasn't much further away than other places I was trying to get into and it took less time to get my car inspected. Plus Mickan has a cool store, they have Watkins products and Circle candles. Before work started, the Manager and Joey made sure that there were no remaining questions and the final cost was up front and accurate. No unexpected expenses or surprises.
