I stopped into the showroom to try out chairs. I did not know what I wanted, so Alex was awesome and helped out. I got to demo all the functions of all the chairs and went with the Mirra2 chair. I was very happy with this because of the lumbar support. Alex helped me load the chair to my car too. The showroom has chairs and stand up desks. I was satisfied with the chair and I'll be using ERG to order a stand up desk as well, especially since there's free delivery if within 10miles.

Having arranged a time with Alexis, I got in and met up with Dan, who was keeping eye on the shop. Dan showed me the chair I asked to have set aside--a very modest budget chair--and he demonstrated the feature set to that chair. Naturally, there were other, much nicer looking chairs also in the same room, so I asked to try some of the other ones that were available. Not blinking in the face of an immediate upsell, Dan let me try the other chairs I was interested in and very helpfully showed me the additional features on the chairs I was investigating. I went in expecting to walk away with a minor upgrade to my dinky Target office chair and ended up walking out with two fully loaded Aerons (because my wife walked in and saw me sitting in one, tried it out, and demanded one for herself). Dan then, again very helpfully, offered to load them into our hatchback, and our combined Tetris skills managed to help us get the chairs into our car. Sadly, Dan was not available to very helpfully unload the chairs on our return to East Bay, but he DID offer to arrange for delivery if we had issues loading the chairs in the first place, so that's nice. All that and apparently my friend gets a referral fee for the two chairs we bought, so I absolutely cannot give anything less than five stars for both service and price.

For office supplies, this place is pretty reliable too, but service is on the slow side when making purchases based on my experience here a month ago and from what I observed last week. Glad I didn't have to wait in the register lines on my recent visit. Customers just need to run a credit card on the machine at each individual self-service printer to pay, a convenient and efficient system for all your printing and copying needs. I was in and out in about 5 minutes or so. It costed about 85 cents per page after tax (color ink, no other options added), not the cheapest but worth it to me.

He said it was fully customizable for color, fabric, pillow pattern, and which side the chaise was on. They had probably over 200 different fabrics to choose from, all there with samples you could see and feel. I opted for a beautiful green with a peacock type pattern for the extra pillows, and the chaise flipped to the right side. He was transparent about the estimated lead time up front. We triple checked all the changes I wanted and it was just so simple from start to finish. You know how when you're shopping for a car and the salespeople try to follow you around and upsell you and are just overbearing? This place was not like that. Never buy from Ashley furniture home store, just come here instead. Since my mom has a truck we opted for pick up when it was finally ready at the warehouse. When they called to say it was ready, (which ended up being 1-2 weeks quicker than anticipated, woohoo!) I was so eager to see it, they let me come back in the store to see it in person. Because it was wrapped up so well in protective film and foam, it was hard to see. Then they actually offered to deliver it which made everything so nice and easy. Ebi was also great at checking in with me throughout the process. Just great communication all around. The driver came the following day and brought it in to my apartment. I made sure we tipped him well. My friend and I unwrapped the couch and set it up. It was so perfect and beyond my wildest dreams. I LOVE THIS COUCH. It's now been almost 10 months of using it daily. I think I have slept on it more than my actual bed because it's so comfortable and such great quality. It does not creak or wobble. It came fully assembled just in 2 sectional pieces since it's huge. It was wrapped so well and absolutely zero damage. Clearly amazing quality and great prices. This couch was worth every penny. The one they did deliver was not even covered with anything and was delivered with scratches on the back of the furniture. They said the second couch would be delivered the following weekend which was yesterday 1/17/2026 and it was not. When I called EB, there was no answer. We were waiting at home and nothing! We wasted our time and our money. The furniture has been paid for already and still no furniture at this point I'm gonna have to file a police report. These people are fraudsters! I won't stop here. I will file a complaint with BBB. Buyers Beware!

Inexpensive stores had desks with either too thin tops and/or metal under bracing that interfered with keyboard tray installation. At Ergo Works, Liz worked very patiently (explaining edge details and shape options) with us to design a simple laminate top table with very sturdy legs. She even called the manufacturer to see what tabletops might be in stock and sent photos of color/pattern. Our many questions were answered quickly. The keyboard tray and table are ordered by Ergo Works. Delivery and installation are done in one efficient appointment on site.
