I waited for them all day on Fri and when I called their office at 4:15 to see where they were I was told the owner and tree cutters had come to my house and then left but didn't try to contact me in my home. Well, they did the job quite well and professionally but when I received the bill it was $14,000 for one tree and less than 3 hours of work, also a crane was not required after all. When the insurance adjuster came out a few days later, he found it hard to believe. He's submitting the claim as a possible fraud investigation. It's companies like these that cause are high insurance costs. Stay away from this company!
