I cannot speak to the quality of work that this company does because I never got to see them do any…read morework. However, as far as communication goes, this is where the one star comes in. On Sunday 7/26/25, I found the Total Brush Removal Llc website and submitted a request for a free quote. Jeremy sent me a text very quickly and we set up a time the very next day for him to come by and see what all needed to be done and give me a quote. Monday, 7/27, he came by and he gave me a quote. He told me that the job would be done on Thursday 7/30. I agreed and we talked about what time I'd be home from work and how to make payment. He told me the job would be finished before I made it home but I could call and make payment or he could come by and get the payment. Monday night at 9:03pm, he texted me a Property Restoration Proposal document. Just the document, no text with it. In the body of the proposal, it states "We appreciate the opportunity to restore your property and look forward to completing your project on July 30." I was at a concert so I opened it, scanned it, and put my phone away. On Thursday 7/30, I ended up being sick so I was at home all day. I kept expecting to see the crew come by and start working. I never received any kind of communication from Jeremy so at 6:19pm I sent him a text asking when they were coming by. Jeremy sent me a text saying he didn't get a confirmation from me for the date and he stated "I was trying to squeeze you in there it'll probably be next week until I can get there." I responded and told him we spoke about the date and time AND the proposal even had that date, I took that to mean it was confirmed. He then responded with "Okay must have slipped my mind you have to excuse me on that. I'll try to squeeze you into tomorrow otherwise I can have them there monday." I ended the conversation with "okay, great." Guess who NEVER showed up? Not the next day OR Monday... and has NEVER communicated anything else to me. I really wish I could've been able to rate the quality of the work but, unfortunately, the poor communication and lack of follow through was all I experienced.

Finally found someone that does these basic things very satisfactorily. I tried Four Seasons, they were very careless with the edging, extremely poor, worst I've had, not just bad, careless. Prices were competitive. The lawn, well let's just say it's like getting a bad haircut. I tried them for just several weeks and what I found, what I've witnessed, was an individual and two crew that does not like to work. Mowing lawns isn't the most exciting career I do respect the person that takes pride in their work though, these guys, IMO, do not. Much better service for your hard earned buck out there, I would recommend continuing your search. I'd recommend my lawn guys but I don't think I'm supposed to in this forum, good luck though, the good ones are out there. Also, the owner was very polite, appeared professional (helpers worse than awful) so buyer beware.
