Wish I could give ZERO stars, they do not deserve any! Went to this place for the first and last time. I have not ever nor will I ever have an issue with parting with my money at a restaurant. With so many restaurants available no one restaurant should allow its employees to conduct business for them that neglects the customer. I had an issue with the service here. I am NOT going to expand on it because then the management can read this and correct the problem for future customers which does not include me. The food here is OK. Good value for the money. I'm very concerned that many of the food handlers were not wearing gloves. I observed one young lady wearing gloves also handling money and credit cards and cell phone and lserving food with the same gloves. read more

Tony makes some great food. Now its not really Tony, more like the people who work there, but you catch the drift. In this area if you want pizza this will be one of the places that comes to mind. The only thing that may stop you is you might have to drive further than some other places. Im here to say dont let that stop you, just make the drive. Upon entering the place you will notice its packed. People everywhere, ordering, waiting, socializing etc. With good reason. Pizza. There is plenty of seating, upstairs there are booths, even a few reserved for large parties and a small counter with stools if its just you and maybe a friend. Or you can head downstairs where there is even more seating. I dont think I've ever not had a place to sit. Now here is the downside, time. Its not horrible by any means, but if its packed of course you large bacon, buffalo chicken, sausage, pepperoni and ham pizza might take a while (note* this is just a suggestion and now that I've said it am considering taking about 5 people and going to order one.) You can either get soda from a cooler or cups, I dont know why, but hey the option is there. So I've only mentioned pizza, but seriously everything is good. Steak and cheese, chicken fingers and so on. Are there places to get better food? Of course, but Tony's is always good, and fairly reasonable on the wallet. Do yourself a favor, stop by, they are even open fairly late on Friday and Saturday. read more

My husband and I love their salads, but from a business perspective they are crooks. Looking at a bank statement revealed that we were billed twice the same day, same price, in error. Brought the statement to show them, and they said that their computers must have been down one day, and it had just gone through. We had not been there in over a month prior to that visit, but they insisted that it was not a mistake, and would not reimburse us the $17. Another time, we brought my nephew there and he paid a $5 order with a $20 bill. He was only given $5 back. As we walked out, we realized the change was incorrect. He went back in to correct the situation. The kid at the register insisted that he gave the correct change. After my husband going in and arguing with the manager for a few minutes, they finally reimbursed him the change. If we had not been there, he would have been cheated out of his hard earned high school money. I think their food is good, but they are not honest, and therefore not recommended. read more

What can I say - it's better than starvation. I had a chicken parm sub - the chicken was just these pathetic breaded cutlet things that were awful. Took a while but I can live with that since they were busy. I'm sure there are other items that are better. I'll be st an event next door at the Legion hall tomorrow so I'll try something else. Whenever I mention I'm originally from Sutton people always go "Oh, so Tony's Pizza!" and I can't help but cringe. I grew up eating at this place, after every soccer game, track meet, etc., but it's Sutton, so it was really the only quick option. It's unfortunate that when people think of Sutton, they think of a pizza place... However, for people who are used to central MA pizza, Tony's is probably alright. After moving to NY I've become quite the pizza snob, and have a difficult time eating any pizza when I come home. When my family does go for pizza, we usually go to A&D in Millbury, which isn't bad. Tony's fries are good, but obviously not a reason to eat there. read more

Just another Central Mass pizza place, but with the exception that this one has a bizarre cult like following, which is unwarranted. Been here twice and that was enough for me. I've said it over and over again in my reviews, Central Mass is not the place for pizza. If you were raised on NY thin crust, its like being in prison. Tony's has the standard Greek style thick greasy pizza. Yuk. The rest of the food is fair. Had the chicken parm, which was overbreaded and the sauce was meh at best. My family and I have been frequenting Tony's Pizza for decades. It is, by far, the best pizza in the area. It's always busy, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings, but even at the busiest times, the quality and service are top notch. The menu is extensive, and prices are in line with most other pizza joints. Dine in or take out; they do not deliver (though they would make a killing if they did). Tony's regularly gives back to the community through the sponsorship of youth sports teams, charitable contributions, and more. Wasn't a terrible experience but definitely not as good as we expected. I got a garden salad and it had egg in it, I asked for another one without egg and received another one quickly. We got beer, asked for bottles, got them in cups. The fries were just "eh." Someone ordered a sub and the bread was way too hard, even though it was toasted. Have ordered from here before but has been a long time. Sent hubby over to get us some subs since I remember loving the famous Italian sub. It was a long wait he finally got home and my sub was far from what I had asked for. I just asked to add mayo & mustard and skip on the tomatoes. Sub was missing a good portion of the things that come with it and it was covered in mustard I mean they must have used the whole jar. It was not edible. Then I opened the bruschetta we had ordered and it was disgusting looking and smelling it was covered in feta and just sloppy full slices of tomatoes.. Not a bruschetta. I called and the manager was quiet said he was sorry and gave us a credit. Was not sending husband back since it was not worth the chance of poor food again and well if they decided to be wise about the complaint. Hubby's sub was fine. My wife and I have been going to Toni's for a couple of years, and so far every thing we have ordered has been great. If I have one complaint, it's sometimes the food does not come out as hot as I would like, but the fix is simply having them heat it more. Being Italian, my wife loves the Eggplant Parmesan with Rigatoni's, as for myself, I love their Cheese Ravioli. We are sticklers on cleanliness and Toni's scores excellent in this category, their bathrooms, actually the entire facility is immaculate. We have never been disappointed in any of the meals we have ever ordered. I have never had any of their Pizza's, so this is what we will try on our next visit. read more

Tony's! I am so happy to say that I have changed my review. I had a couple bad experiences but since then, you really stepped up your game! The grinders are fresh and I love the bread! The entrees are delicious and huge portions. My favorite being the chicken parm. And finally the pizza. It was great. You can call ahead and have your order ready, or order in because there is always a place to sit in the expansive seating area. The fried chicken sandwich comes out hot and tasty. This is the place I consistently think of as "home cooked". The food has been wonderful every time Ive had it. I order a lot on their website and even adding/changing things to different meals and have never had a problem. I recommend this place whole heartedly! They have two floors, the downstairs being perfect for larger groups. They do serve beer and wine if youre eating in, which is makes it feel a little nicer than your average pizza joint. Stopped there after riding all day on motorcycles, very hungry my cousin recommended we go there and I have known of the place for years never had opportunity to go in. Well 9PM we go in greeted very friendly lots of smiles, a lot of staff working, would have been nice to get some sort of briefing of how things work we sat at a booth waiting for waitress and no one saying anything to us finally after 5 minutes I realized we must go up to order. Contemplated giving them a 4 because of this but I ordered a Chicken Bacon Sub expecting I made a mistake but figured too late might as well let the sandwich come. Well it came and looked incredible and once i tasted it, a cornucopia of taste. This sandwich was so big and tasty people at my table said no way I would eat it all, wrong answer ate it all and wanted more things to try from this place, so my wife had a pizza, well I love pizza but figured now way this place could compare to the other establishments I have tried around the world and in the states but what the heck I tried it, once again incredible 2 for 2, then my cousin had the meatball grinder, well enough said 3 for 3.
