The clerk was very kind and helpful and patient.Nice fella. But what bothered me was the no gloves and not sure but most likely no hand washing after handling money and then handling the food without any gloves. I've worked in food service for several years and that is a requirement and a policy especially in our century with all of the known outbreaks and diseases and peoples immune systems nowadays and germs . I know places get busy but washing or quickly putting gloves on for everyone's protection is a must . The food was good and as I said the man who was there was a good worker and help. Hope that places will get back to this imperative policy for the Public. It would make many feel less concerned about germs and more trust in eating clean food. read more

It was great food. I ordered a sub that was toasted. It was on the best softest fresh bread. I've ever had good amount of meat and all the fixings didn't skimp on anything. It was the best grinder I've had in years. Service was right on ordered and had it made within minutes. The facility was clean and neat. Definitely a place to go. read more

Overall great food, I can take out nice and quick food only having to drive down there. When I entered the place was nice and clean, also when I saw where the food was made the area was clean with only some dust near the drinks. I was able to get my food within 15 minutes. I highly qualify this place as a great food place great prices, great dining in or dining out experience and the services top-notch the workers make you feel at home they taking they take pride and doing their job as well as making you feel like you're their number one priority. It is always clean there from the times I've gone. Needed to grab some late evening dinner, and we decided to check out Harry's! I ordered a buffalo chicken salad and my friends shared a pizza. Restaurant was a reasonable size with many tables available to eat at. We dined in. I really liked Harry's buffalo salad. I've never had chicken like this before- the chicken was covered in buffalo sauce and then had this really crispy outer shell to it, it was very good! Not the classic chicken that's dripping in buffalo sauce and then makes your salad vegetables all soggy and wilted. The salad also came with grated cheese- which I do like on my buffalo chicken salads! This salad was a big thumbs up for me! Highly recommend if you're a buf chix salad snob like myself! Food is good been ordering there for two years now. Every time we call to order they have been rude and never give estimated times for delivery or pick up. Tonight we wanted to order a single pizza for delivery and the guy who answered was beyond rude and didn't even specify what he wanted me to tell him first. Ok so I was so interested in my first pizza in Massachusetts. Well this was a real letdown 10-07-23 my father-in-law and I went in and ordered a large Leo's pizza and as we were waiting a lady got her order which she had some awesome looking potato skins so we ordered them . At 6 pm the order Togo was placed finally at 7:30 pm we got or ordered we arrived home to find the potato skins had very little bacon and cheese nothing like the lady that showed us hers ok little letdown but for the pizza major let down the crust was raw the veggies was raw the meat was cold after an hour and half wait totally unacceptable if I wanted to take and bake I would have went to fresh market. One of the biggest problems I had observed no pos system to write down orders on a pice of paper and put in all different areas you loose orders as mine and another customer experienced . I will not order from Harry's in Douglas agin and if this store reflects their customer service I will not visit either of the other stores around here . Terrible service and attitude of servers. Manners apparently are not a concern here. In addition, counter help is not attentive to customers unless you are a born Douglasite. Food is not all that great and the physical structure needs a good cleaning as well as a replacement of tables. Overall very negative experiences, especially when I entered at 9:00 one night to order spaghetti only to be told the kitchen is closed. Their closing hour was listed as 10. So from 9 to 10 everyone is only supposed to have cold grinders? Makes no sense, If that is a policy then post it. The other two Harry's are much better, most likely they are better managed. This place needs new management or preferably a shut down of this location. There is no dearth of pizza in downtown Douglas and you won't be missed. read more

Went to try and experience Henry's for the first time last night, they had extremely poor customer service and were quite rude to my girlfriend and I. We went in at 830pm to be told to leave they were closed. The sign clearly stated closes at 10pm on sunday which I pointed out. He then said they close at 9 which was still half hour away and said the sign doesn't say that, I'm guessing he can't read or didn't seem to know his own hours on the door. He was very rude with his tone and it is safe to say I will never attempt to give them my business again. I was more than happy with my Digornios pizza I got instead. read more

My food order was all wrong. It was a truly simple order, cheesy fries, broccoli poppers and mozzarella sticks. I also asked for sour cream on the side. I received NO sour cream at all, the cheesy fries had bacon on them which I specifically said CHEESE ONLY (I can't eat bacon) and the food was so cold it was almost inedible.
