I came in expecting a simple, reasonable interaction, but it turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a pizza that ended up being really disappointing. I went back to politely ask if they could either remake it or offer a refund. Instead of trying to help, the woman I spoke to (who seemed to be the manager) was immediately rude and dismissive. She didn't even take a moment to listen. She cut me off, spoke over me, and had a really aggressive tone the entire time. When I asked about a refund, she flat-out refused without any real explanation and acted like I was being unreasonable just for bringing it up. At one point, it honestly felt like she was trying to intimidate me into dropping the issue. I understand that mistakes happen, and I wasn't expecting perfection--but I was expecting basic respect and some attempt to make things right. The way this was handled was completely unprofessional. Between the poor quality of the food and the way customers are treated, I won't be coming back. There are plenty of places that actually care about their customers and stand behind what they serve. read more

After an afternoon at Wallum lake with my son and his friend and my parents, we just wanted a simple dinner. Couldn't have been more impressed with this place. It was very very clean and the food was absolutely delicious. From the salads to the kids meals to the pizza to the calzones everything tasted fresh, was not overly greasy, was nice and light, and came out hot. The server (John) was excellent. I've known this place for many years. It's right near my school so many of us go down there on half days or after school. It's always had great food with a quiet and family friendly place. I loved their breakfast options- especially the pancakes! The pizza and the sides of fries though is my favorite by far. It has pretty low prices, too. Not to mention friendly staff and booths you can use. You can also go up to the counter and make an order if you wanted to. Which is helpful for getting takeout or if you want to order quicker. They are very kid friendly. They give out crayons and paper, have booster seats and always welcome children in. Last time I saw they hung up some of the drawings they are given near the entrance, haha. I wish I had some photos to show of the times I go, but those as most definitely deleted by now. read more

Greg's is my favorite pizza and sub shop in the Worcester area. The pizza is absolutely delicious; they must have a special, family recipe for the sauce because it's unbelievably good. The subs are terrific as well. Everything is always fresh. When you are at the counter you can see the sandwich board and it's obvious all the ingredients are fresh. Once they finish making your sub, they close the refrigerated sandwich board to keep things fresh and neat. The also have dinners and dinner specials, most of which are good. I enjoy the chicken alfredo - again great sauce and they don't skimp on the chicken. My wife loves the homemade baked lasagna. Even the chicken finger dinner is terrific. They don't give you the same old flat chicken tenders most places use - these are big, thick juicy tenders, nicely coated, and fried perfectly. All the appetizers are good too, but definitely try to Tzatziki. Again, I suspect there is a special family recipe to it because it's soooo good. The staff is great too. Very friendly. I think the owners pretty much do everything soup to nuts, with the occasional help from a local high school student or two. Overall a great place!! read more

Ordered a chicken dinner and received 3 small pieces and a small amount of onion rings. Called manager and told him he served turned lettuce and all I heard was crickets read more

My husband and I were in the area and stopped in. Heard good reviews from locals. Restaurant was very clean. Bathroom clean. Staff were very friendly. It was a bit warm in there for such a hot day but otherwise very nice. We got the meat lovers pizza and chicken wings. Food was very good. Pizza was loaded with toppings. They allowed us to sit in the waitress section so we could have a booth since it was slow...that was very nice. We recommend this restaurant and would go here again. read more

Sat down and received menus, only to be ignored by the waitress for the next ten minutes or so. She seemed. overwhelmed by the only two other tables occupied tonight. We finally just quietly got up to leave since it was obvious she had no intention of serving us. Neither the waitress or the cook seemed all that concerned about us leaving. We won't be in a hurry to return. We have eaten at Gregory's in the past, and they are very inconsistent. Calzones are usually a safe choice, as are the Gyros. Beyond that, your mileage may vary (and the meatloaf is downright awful!). They hit a new low tonight, however. I fail to see how a restaurant, with only three tables occupied on a Friday night, can absolutely ignore a pair of customers, without even acknowledging their presence. And from the interactions the waitress seemed to have with other tables, they were having difficulty getting the correct order served. I use to come here many years ago food was great place always had customers. I moved from the area on 12/19/19 I stopped in for 2 small subs a order of mozzarella sticks and 2 fountain drinks 38.00 crazy But I was there with my kid he took one bite and spit it out and said lets get out of here I took 3 bites and said lets go they asked you want a take away box I said no very poor food the lady and guy were very rude I will never go there again and to be honest I think there new owners if not they should go back 10 years back then this placed was packed I should have thought something was up when there was no body there read more

I work in Sutton in Manchaug Mills. There aren't many places around here to eat. We discovered Gregory's a few years ago. It has become our go-to during the pandemic. My team and I get lunch here often because we LOVE it. They have great fries (crispy on the outside, soft in the inside), grinders, and onion rings/onion strings. Best part is that they're quick and super affordable. We usually get the calzones, grinders, and sandwiches and have never had a meal we didn't like. Highly recommend them! read more

We like it here. Better than the other pizza joints in Douglas. House pizza cooked well is our favorite. It is light on the sauce, but we like it like that. The subs are good, but you have to ask them to put the cheese on first or it gets stuck all over the paper as they usually put it on last. The onion rings are awesome read more

So I have been putting off eating here for years...and I mean years. Last time I ordered from here I was sorely disappointed. My stuffed shells were packed with salt. I recently ordered about a day ago and once again horrible. I ordered the stuffed shells with meatballs. Stuffed shells were flavorless. The meatballs had the texture of canned dog food. I've placed17 online orders and never had a problem. This time, two items were missing from our order. When mistakes happen, just make good. Don't make excuses. The customer doesn't know or care that the online ordering system does not make a distinction between Fried Calamari the entree, and Fried Calamari the appetizer to the cook. Fix that. The customer also doesn't know that the Ravioli and Sausage Parm does not come with additional pasta, when the online system asked for a choice in pasta. If the item is ordered, it should be included, especially if it's been paid for. If there is a variation from an online order, than the restaurant should contact the customer and give them the choice, " that dish normally doesn't come with penne, sir, would you still like it?" We are regular customers, obviously since we've placed 17 online orders without a problem, not to mention the countless numbers of times we were dine-in customers. Problems can be fixed easily if you just make good. Not excuses. read more

This is my pick out of all of the unusually abundant Route 16 grinders/pizzas/salads joints. Douglas is not exactly the gastronomic capital of the RI/MA borderlands.... But anyway I stick with their sandwiches, they have toppings that actually resemble things grown in the ground. Big fluffy loaves of bread too for all yer carbo loading needs. New in town have eaten there 4 times. Tonight will be the last. Our previous visits were good. The buffalo pizza is really good as is the meatloaf special. The staff are very nice. Unfortunately, tonight my wife tried the turkey club. When it arrived the meat looked more like slimy ham that had been in your frig for a week. My wife told the waitress who was very nice to say something to the kitchen. The owner came out to defend his slimy turkey as being fresh. Although he admitted it wasn't sliced fresh and that turkey was used for other entrees the turkey that was served was what came in the club sandwich. Not really how to handle a customer concern. Having been in the restaurant business for 30 years his approach was 100% wrong. Too bad I can't support him or his establishment again. Too bad he lost a really good customer. read more
