From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you feel like part of the family here. These guys are so damn friendly and very good at their trade. I was a walk in so I had roughly a 25 minute wait but during that time I watched the work each of the barbers did and to be honest, these guys are dope af. Each one of them nailed it with their customers. Francis cut my hair and to be honest, best cut I have had in a long time. I've been going here for a few years and I've never been dissatisfied with their work, they sometimes take a bit longer but their work is quality. Yesterday I went in for a cut, which came out great as usual. However, the guy cutting my hair was on his phone the entire time. It seemed like every few minutes I'd hear his phone go off and he'd go over to check it. I get being connected to your phone, but when you've got a customer, it's not the time nor the place. I will be back because these guys do fantastic work for a great price but I think customer service is something that needs to addressed with this particular barber.

Both boys cuts were just as I wanted, short and neat, with attention to detail. I've taken them to other shops in the area, but I'm relieved to have found this place. The barbers were young and friendly with my boys and took the time to be nice and chatty with them to keep them distracted. My youngest was quite vocal about his displeasure with sitting still, and he came through it with a smile and a very nice hair cut. Love the lime green barber pole, and the moustached signage. My hair is WAY shorter than I wanted but I wear hats 90% of the time so I don't really give a crap. However, my beard takes FOREVER to grow and grows in super patchy so I only wanted the tiniest of patches to be trimmed down. Instead this genius shaves me to a bit more than stubble. I NEVER WANTED LENGTH OFF MY WHOLE BEARD. He literally shaved away six months of growth that I never wanted gone. So now I can look forward to months of hair and beard looking terrible, all for the low low price of $60. There is nothing worse than an octogenarian barber who has no regard for customer input and does whatever they want.

He has had his hair cut there multiple times in the same way. My son told the barber what he wanted, just a small fade above his ears and the rest trimmed. And the barber kept saying a six guard and my son didn't understand and told him again what he wanted. My son had a lot of hair. I'm not sure how the barber didn't understand especially since he has cut this same style on my son before. I looked up from my book and the barber had taken the buzzers to the entire back of his hair and his sides! Then he cut this weird length tuft of hair on the top of his head that my son can do NOTHING with. He is devastated. These boys take pride in their hair and to have it butchered so badly is unacceptable. I'm not sure why these barbers are so buzzer happy. These kids don't want buzz cuts!! Barbers need to listen and if they are unsure then ask for a picture. It's your job to do what is asked not try to push something else! At the end my son's hair was flat to his head on the top and not even faded in together with the sides. It's is appalling. I was so confused at the cut. Then the barber had the nerve to tell my son it was 10 more dollars than normal because he gave him a bald fade! We did NOT ask for a bald fade. We booked a haircut. So I paid the price for the haircut which I shouldn't have even done. Yes hair grows back but they had ONE job. We will not be returning.
