We were not disappointed... Sam is THE go-to salesman. If you go - he is the one to see. We told him what we were looking for and he pulled up his inventory and found six potential campers for us to see. He knew his products and he delivered on what he was selling. For someone who just started out about 18 months ago in the sales department, he had come a long way - having sold over 100 units in 2025. Most of all, he followed through and was patient as we deliberated as to which one we wanted to buy. Jacob, the sales manager, was very professional and was on the same page with Sam and took great care of us. No promises were made that were not followed through. I cannot tell you how well this process went. We got everything we wanted and purchased a newer camper than we figured we would get. The whole experience was way over and above what we expected. The salesperson (I'm not naming names) only showed us those we looked at and a few we happened to see while there. He did not look on his inventory to see if there were anything comparable to what we were asking for. We had found one we liked and had to wait for them to get the camper ready. We waited a week and nothing but crickets. Details are everything. The camper's jack foot was covered by dirt and gravel and the salesperson was like, "Oh, we just moved it here..." There was a lot that could have been done but didn't because there was no urgency to make a sale. Nothing comparable was offered or shown. Only after we talked about one camper did my wife go home and search their inventory did we find other campers that were better than the one we originally enquired about. This could have been a much better process. We went to a competitor in the area and it was night and day. The salesperson knew their inventory, helped us see comparable units, and their team from finance to their general manager were proactive and helped us find a much better deal than what we could have found elsewhere. I've never been to a business that seemed to care less whether they sold a product or not. This was the case here. From a leadership and management standpoint there needs to be a hard look at this situation and corrections made in order to improve their organization. The whole interaction made no sense. But, their loss was a competitor's gain. Time is money folks - don't make your customer wait.

George and the folks on his team were real easy to work with and talk to. Couple things to note, they only take wire transfers, money orders, or cashiers checks so my EFT, credit/ debit card folks are gonna be stuck unless you want to fly out there. I made my purchase on or about 3/20/26, and George even worked with me on getting set up with a shipper they'd planned to have come out towards my neck of the woods that following week, but unfortunately that fell through. I received the car as advertised on 4/18/26 after using Montway auto shipping via UShip and it is a beauty. All in all, the staff at ECAS was great, very patient with me because I'd called NUMEROUS times during the month after purchase for updates and such. I would just recommend that there be a little bit more explanation of what to expect when dealing with shipping companies and how long that process can take.
