Tried again, but this got cycled back to the main switchboard. Twice. THEN the full mailbox and abrupt disconnect again. Different issue...my wife called about a parts recall; after a couple of disconnects, she actually DID talk to a live person (progress!), who told her not to bother with the recall issue because Berglund wouldn't do anything about it anyway.
