Beware!!!!!! They take your money within seconds, but can't process a refund for months. I signed up based on a phone call and my desire to quickly sell my car. They processed by $289 in seconds. I sold my car 2 days later using craigslist on my own. I've done everything they request to approve the refund, less $29 admin fee. This is a scam. Once Driven mines phone numbers from Craigslist advertisements, despite them clearly stating that sellers don't want to be contacted by commercial parties. They figured out how to leave voicemails without cell phones ringing, so their auto dialer leaves a flurry of messages from "Aaron". This is in spite of being on the do not call list. They'll offer to sell your vehicle for a $200 fee, which they claim is refundable. Their hope is that most people won't bother to request a refund, or simply not check to see if it was sent. Definitely a scam. Their web scraper downloads your number as soon as your listing is posted on Craigslist - even though mine clearly stated "*do not contact with unsolicited services or offers." I was contacted by "Peyton" and told to call 888-941-6515. Most of the time these numbers, if you listen long enough, have a way to be removed from the calling list. When I hit the correct (according to the audio) number, I would get a lady saying, "I'm sorry, I could not understand your request." I sold my auto myself in May 18 within 45 days and notified Once Driven and since they have required me to provide proof after proof after proof. This is now Octobed. They have continued to call me, which once I've asked being on the list makes it an ftc offense... So I reported that. When I called them to ask why, the woman told me she'd remove me, ignored me asking why they're continuing to call and hung up on me. Pathetic... They won't be around much longer... Once driven saw my truck for sale on Craigslist and gave me a ring. They guaranteed me that they could sell my truck faster than I could if I paid them $290. Their sales pitch was alright and they said I get my money back if I sell it without their help. I said okay. A month and a half later, I sold the truck to a guy on Craigslist without their help. So in a month and a half they did not even bring me one single lead after paying them nearly $300. In that month and a half, I generated at least 10 leads between Craigslist and Facebook and they generated a big fat ZERO! It was basically like they never even bothered trying to advertise it and they claim to be professionals? For $300 they should have at least faked a lead to give me a shred of hope lol. So now I have been fighting with them to get my money back... What a task. They said that they will return it somewhere in the realm of 30 to 45 days and they will be keeping $30 as a processing fee. OnceDriven got my information from my Craigslist add. They called me saying that they have a list of persons that would likely make an offer for my car. They also mentioned the asking price for the car seemed reasonable. They then explained that their fee was refundable if I sold the car within 45 days without their help. I never got any buying offer from their clients and sold the car three weeks later. My attempts at getting my money back have been unsuccessful. They first pretended that they were waiting for information from DMV confirming the car sale, then they ignored my requests even after I sent them the DMV information. She then proceeded to get into their sales pitch for $189.00 to list the vehicle on their site and get in contact with their "Partnership on Facebook that I don't have access to" to list the vehicle.
