I had a scheduled appointment at 11:30 AM and I did not get my car back until nearly 2 PM and this was only after I went into the service area and found my service ticket on the service desk. Unsure as to how long it been sitting on that desk I commented to the young lady that 2 1/2 rather long for a simple oil change, and I immediately got an earful. The service advisor, Amanda, proceeded to tell me how terrible her day was going, and how much of an inconvenience it was to stay on top of things seems to me someone needs to remind Amanda that she's in a service industry, and her level of customer service is somewhat disappointing. As for the work that was performed, I'm sure that was satisfaction and no issues with the service team.

I was stuck in Bluefield at the Walmart and I googled mobile mechanic in Bluefield. His name came up. I called him and he answered and was at my location within 30 minutes. This was on a Friday night and no auto repair shops were open until Monday. Bottom line is he replaced my radiator which had gone bad with a bad leak and got me and my wife on our way about 3 hours start to finish. We were on the road at 9:45pm. He was definitely a blessing to someone like me being out of town. 5 stars for Mike. I'm very happy I called and he was a available.

Then she shows me that they did a multi-point inspection (by the way my car passed their inspection). I said, "Who told you to do all this work? All she said was, "Well, we will have to schedule you to come in to get the work done." I then said I came in for tires. They are warrantied. Do the tires and I will have my mechanic look at the rest of the car. This is when she says, "Oh well then we won't warranty your tires." She also, while telling me all the things supposedly wrong with my car, showed me pictures of the air filters. They had leaves and were pretty dirty. The funny thing is I had just done a service on the car and replaced all the filters including the air filters. I have taken my car to my mechanic, and he said there is nothing wrong with the car except for the three tires that still need replacing!!! Fire Christy before she gets you sued!
