East Coast Auto Source was listing used car part on www.car-part.com. I found the part that I want to buy and I called them on Feb 26. Mike Hay (sale person was pick up the phone). East coast auto source was listed (Lexus RX330 dvd Roof Mounted for $450). i called and I negotiated the price with mike and I asked Mike if I can buy whole entertainment system off from Lexus 2004 which totally 6 pieces that we agreed on the price for $1600 instead of 1 piece. Mike ask his boss (Steve Austin) to approved on the sale which Steve did approved. Mike text me that he wouldn't take credit card or check. Mike ask me to do Wire transfer to their bank. I did the wire transfer on Feb 26, 2015. Mike confirmed that he received they money on Feb 27 15. On March 02 15 Mike text me that he got everything in today and ask me for my shipping address so he can get all of my 6 pieces ship out, but he also ask me again what year of the car that I order?? which mean he doesn't know what I ordered but he said he got everything which is a lie and trying to ask me to wire money to them. On March 11 2015 I texted Mike again for the tracking number. Mike keep delaying my response. I waited until March 19, 15 so I texted Mike again to ask when should I receive my part that I ordered? Mike reply that they just working on it to and short of guys and they running behind schedule. which I still give me them time and tried to understand about their situation. so I did told Mike that if too hard to get my part out from the car please cancel my order and refund my money back. WHICH WAS A LIE THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY GOT ALL OF THE SHIP TO BE SHIP OUT 3 WEEKS AGO. when I ask for refund Mike replied that they are getting it to ship out. and I said ok. Mike text again to ask me to wait for 1 more day because he claim that their computer system was down on March 23 15. At this point I refused to continue my purchase and ask for my money back. Mike replied on that same day that he would ship it out today. The next day March 24 15 Mike Sent me the tracking number which showed that they shipped on March 23 via ups 1ZX234140357705004 which show only 7lbs box. I called and talk to Steve Austin who is the boss ask to confirm and make sure they are shipped me 6 pieces. Steve reply "Yes it was 6 pieces in the box" i waited 5 more days to receive the box. March 30 15 UPS delivery man arrived and i asked the UPS driver to wait while i open and inspect the product. when i opened the box it appear that Mike shipped me only 1 Navigation screen instead of 6 pieces. The UPS delivery man was my witness and i rejected the delivery and ask the UPS to return it back to the sender, because the order was incomplete. Steve and Mike was lie to me all the way. On March 30 at 2:18pm (Pacific time) i texted Mike to tell him that his box has been return back to them and asked for my refund again. I called Mike on Tuesday March 31 to talk to Mike and Steve. they claim that there is a second box was also ship to me as well. I've been refusing to purchase the part and this company keep refused to issue my refund since any of the part has been shipped. Mike text me the second tracking number on April 01 15, i called and ask Steve to find out what is in the second box. Steve reply that is the GPS DVD drive. which is another 1 piece that shipped out from NY not his place UPS 1ZA1047W0393473369. I ordered 6 pieces and this company ship to me 1 piece by 1 piece. its clearly that they don't have any of the part that i order and try to take my money and sent me whatever they have. again on that same day April 01 i called Steve to ask for my money back. Steve told me that other will deliver to me from my local Junk Yard area. At this point i don't want anything anymore i told Steve to canceled everything and i just want my money back. Steve refused to give me refund and try to tell me that whatever i had return to him he will deduct 25% restocking fee which was never been told before. he try to bring all kind of fee that would eat up all of my money which i never receive any of the part that i ordered. read more

I worked 6 days a week for a year and a half selling car parts. We were so understaffed that I was selling just to credit parts because they were not being found pulled or broken or the owner would put his parts need ahead of customers that had been waiting longer. I worked 6 days a week as a single mom during the pandemic when I got sick I tried to take my vacation I was overdue for not only did they not pay my vacation time owed they told me not to come back. After working overwhelmed and understaffed there for a year they hired a young boy off the street that the owner verbally abused who quit and then informed me he was making $4 more an hour than me just because he was a Male. The anxiety of this job parts not being pulled not getting commission for the work you do and getting cussed out daily for parts not being ready because others were put in front of theirs or not enough help this job left me puking with anxiety and tore me down. I feel used and screwed over. After I found out the boy was hired for way more than me I bought a car from George it had an issue was under warranty he never fixed and screwed over several other employees the same way. read more

East Coast is a great place to get your next repairable vehicle. I specifically say repairable because while there are some on the lot that you can purchase and drive home today, most of the vehicles there need something on them repaired or replaced to make it good as new, which is a big reason why they're so affordable. I've bought three different vehicles from them in the last few years for my family, and have found them to be much more affordable than a dealership for newer model cars if I find a mechanic or body shop and fix them. I definitely plan on returning in the future, and would recommend them to anyone! read more

I have bought 3 vehicles from East Coast Auto Source over the past 6 years. They have always been very helpful and friendly, and I got excellent deals on all of the cars I bought there. They are a busy place, so to be honest, I've had to wait every time I've gone there, but I realized early on that it's busy because they sell quality cars at incredible prices. Their selection is incredible, and the deals I got were absolutely worth the wait, every time. I highly recommend this place! read more

I have purchased five different vehicles for my family over the years, most of which being repairable vehicles, but my daughter's was a running & driving trade in. With every vehicle I've purchased from George, it's been a smooth process of finding exactly what we were looking for, including parts and labor, within a reasonable time frame and our budget. I continuously refer friends and family to East Coast Auto Source for their parts and vehicle purchases. read more

Dealt with Martin in the Financing Dept and he was very helpful and I had a very pleasant experience with East Coast Auto Source. If I ever need a vehicle quickly I would definitely contact them first. Were honest about the condition of the Minivan I purchased, as well as nice enough to put on the T-plates themselves. read more
