We walked in and were not greeted (maybe they're not used to new people?) and it seemed to be run by young people (20 year olds). We had to ask them for instructions on what to do because they weren't saying anything. The dancers all seemed to know exactly what to do, so maybe everyone is used to how things go, but we didn't like that there was no lead for first-timers. Kind of seemed like no one cared to see us in, or out. So we left and never came back. There was one TV monitor where you watch each class on a square on the monitor (4-6 squares on one screen) and a small space where you have to fit in with all the other waiting parents and siblings.

My wife and I have been dancing at this amazing studio since 2019. Our primary instructor/owner,…read moreEsther Garrison, is a true professional. Our focus has primarily been couples ballroom dances on Friday evenings. Esther has taught us many styles such as the Swing dances, Rumba, Waltz, Fox Trot, Nightclub Two-Step, Tango and others to include Salsa and Bachata. When we started we didn't know anything. Now we are confident to dance anywhere. This ability would not have happened had it not been for Esther's teaching. She is certainly the best in the county, and one of the best in So. Cal. And as for her Salsa and Bachata lessons, those occur the other days of the week. You would be hard pressed to find anything better. Hence her classes are well attended. Her studio also hosts Salsa and Bachata dancing events on special Saturdays each month called "Salsa y Mas." Those are simply a blast! As are the Ballroom social events on the last Friday of each month. All-and-all, this studio has it all. Now that the studio has moved to a bigger location that offers three huge dance rooms, and a smaller room for private lessons, this studio is the place to learn in all of San Bernardino County. Not to mention Rancho Cucamonga, and Ontario. So if you are interested in learning to dance, or to sharpen what you already know, I highly recommend this studio. Check it out on Facebook (Meta) and on its web site. We certainly appreciate all of the learning we have received. Thank you Esther!

Mr. Miguel, the owner/instructor is also very caring and involved with his students. For both Halloween and Christmas he arranges a trunk or treat or party there at the studio for the kids and parents to interact and get to know each other. He promotes unity among us all. My little girl is only six and is part of their mini class, the older more advanced girls, there at the studio are coached to be encouraging and supportive of the little ones. They act as buddy's during competition days. This is a huge help and relief for us moms. He also invites and encourages all parents and students to go out to dinner or lunch as a team during comp days to mingle and celebrate everyones achievements. Its wonderful because the dancers get to interact and have fun with each other in a social environment. Their competition team is amazing and doing great things. He offers an unlimited membership and a great variety of classes focusing on techniques and strengthening. Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop, Flexibility, Tumbling, Conditioning, Turns & Leaps, to name a few. A dance camp during the summer for all levels M-F 10am-5pm. My little girl has been a student for over a year now and I wouldn't go elsewhere. She continues to learned so much and enjoys going to class. Mrs. Carla is another wonderful instructor that my little girl has really come to love. She helped her through her first competition season with private lessons and lots and lots of words of encouragement!! For a little one who was 5 at the time and sometimes felt the jitters and sometimes struggled through conditioning a little extra love, support, and encouraging words was more than helpful it was a must and Mrs. Carla did exactly that. She came home so proud and full of smiles after a compliment or a pat on the back from her instructor. Thank you AIM for a memorable 2018 Dance season looking forward to 2019. Just know this is not just an after school or a recreational program lol this is a competitive dance studio where hard work and dedication is expected from both students and parents. Like I said the instructors are wonderful but are also VERY disciplined; and this is why I would recommend Artistry In Motion.

I paid for a hour of dance not a hour of hearing the teacher go on and on about her years in business. The place is hot and a mess! Very unorganized!! When it was time to so call "dance" it was the same music over and over & just a "warm up" I think the lady in charge just likes to hear herself talk! I will take my kids somewhere that I get my money's worth of dance and not yapping!

The instructors are excellent in the fact that they make their students, as well as visitors, feel welcome. They make the student look forward to the next lesson and to learning more. They cater to all types of learning styles and are sensitive and cautious with each student and their learning ability. It saddens me to see parents feel the need to write bad reviews. I feel that they have the childs best interest at heart and only want the child to excel as the best dancer they can be.

Review of Arthur Murray Dance Studio - Redlands…read more I took my wife and kids here as a birthday surprise for my wife. Let me be completely honest: I'd rather sit in a dentist's chair than go dancing. That's just not my thing. But the team at Arthur Murray Redlands changed everything. From the moment we walked in, the staff made the experience welcoming, engaging, and--shockingly--fun. They didn't just teach us how to dance; they helped us connect, laugh, and create a memory that my wife will never forget. Watching her light up with joy as we learned together is something I'll always carry with me. And for that, this studio and its incredible team will always have my deepest thanks.

I've attended the Inglewood, Carson, and Rancho Cucamonga locations. Inglewood recently closed, and…read moreRancho had become my home because of its wonderful instructors and front office staff. I'm incredibly sad that Romance and Dance announced the Rancho location's closure today with so little notice. Doreen, Tiffany, and Elisha were wonderful. They carried so much with grace and made this community worth showing up for. My concern is with ownership and the conditions leading up to the closure. In the final days, we were practicing pole in the dark, at night with candles and no air conditioning after the electricity went out. My understanding was that the electricity bill had gone unpaid. Given the physical demands and risks of pole, I did not feel safe practicing in those conditions. I also experienced cleanliness issues including large cockroaches that added to my concerns. The owners' announcement acknowledged that they had been trying for some time to keep Rancho open. I understand that financial difficulties and closing a business are painful. Still, instructors and clients deserved timely communication about the conditions and the possibility of closure so they could make informed decisions and prepare. I'm writing this because I care about the people who made these studios special, and I want the remaining Carson location to do better. Instructors deserve a safe, clean workplace. Clients deserve a safe, clean place to practice. Both deserve honest communication. I wish the best for everyone involved, especially the Rancho instructors, staff, and community now navigating this loss
