Ive been to a couple classes with Evie. She's kind and knowledgable. Very good at sneaking in tips for ladies styling in between teaching movents- which I appreciate. Prices seem fair and there is a discount when you get a punch card. The other dancers/ staff are friendly and helpful and there's lots of nearby parking. Lots of space on the dance floor, large fans and a water cooler- (bring a water bottle)- all that a dancer needs! Good for solo dancers, couples and small groups. I want to start by saying that my dad tried teaching me to dance Salsa, and he gave up on me because I wasn't getting my turns. I had the same issue with a friend who tried teaching me. I'm on my 7th class of Salsa, and I have vastly improve my dance skills. I have to say, learning new dance moves can be stressful, but that's ok, I want challenge my mind and body, so they can learn to work with each other. After the two hours of dancing, there's a sense of accomplishment, a sense of happiness, especially when you nail that dance move, and your dance partner shows her appreciation by smiling back at you. My daughter needed a dance coordinator for her upcoming Sweet 16 and Evie was able to coordinate a beautiful waltz for her and her court of 8 boys and girls. She was very flexible with her hours and very encouraging with the kids. Evie even contracted another dance instructor, Makayla for the hip hop surprise dance, and she was just as amazing as Evie.
