My Daughter has been competing competitively for a couple years now. We left another local dance studio due to a toxic environment. We were lucky to be embraced by Profusion Talent. Ally the studio owner and her mom Tiffany are the absolute best. They both pour their heart and soul into the studio and the girls. The training is the outstanding and the girls thrive! My daughter has improved so much in just a year- if you are looking for a dance home and family this is 100% the finest most elite studio around!

This studio is a mess of disorganization and unprofessionalism. On multiple occasions, classes have…read morestarted late or been completely canceled, often without advance notice to parents. Children have been left sitting in the lobby for the entire class hour with no communication whatsoever. And no, this wasn't a one-time fluke--it's happened more than once in just a few months. Similarly, instructors find it acceptable to gossip with the children about other instructors, management, and parents who have left and returned to the studio. Apparently, it's considered disloyal to leave one studio, try out another, and then return. Still, they will gladly take your money and talk unfavorable behind your back to everyone, including the other minor students. When I approached the front desk, hoping for clarity on the recurring late and nonexistent class with one particular instructor (and maybe even a solution), I was met with a wall of excuses. Apparently, according to the desk staff, it's "common in the industry" for dance instructors to show up late or not at all. Attempts to de-escalate the tone of the front staff were futile, as they were in fighting mode from the start--a sign that this must be a constant defensive state due to ongoing operational issues. Another strategy - an attempt to escalate the issue or speak to the owner was blocked. I was refused contact info and told the owner couldn't be disturbed to come out of their office. Rather than acknowledging the issue or offering any kind of apology, the front desk doubled down with blame-shifting and illogical reasoning. My personal favorite was the suggestion that it's the child's responsibility to call their parent if class is cancelled (20 minutes after they are dropped off), because "many six-year-old students have phones these days." If that's your communications protocol, it might be time to rethink your business model. I was told refunds would not be issued (even though none had been requested), no attempt was made to rectify the situation, and no one took responsibility. There were simply more excuses piled on top of indifference and anger at being bothered by this disturbance, daring to have an adult conversation about an issue concerning a place where I take my child for education and care. To the owner: If you're reading this, please understand that you may have some excellent instructors - one which apparently left recently because of all the drama. But those instructors--and your studio's reputation--are being undermined by front desk staff who seem more invested in deflecting blame and stonewalling than in supporting your students or maintaining basic professionalism. Parents and kids notice. And they talk.

They didn't have the skills as other students had in the class because they both never done anything like this before but (Mr Burks I believe his name is) assured me as long as they had fun they'll catch up in no time to all the other students. So I signed them up! I highly recommend this place. I've only interacted with the two men and a lady online to ask questions and every time I have seen them they have been very friendly and welcoming to myself and children. If you're looking for a clean, affordable place to have your kids dance I recommend checking this place out!

My little niece did so well in her play. The acting teacher Ms Sam was very friendly & accommodating, and my niece looked forward to every practice. I will be sending my children to this studio when they are old enough! Staff is knowledgeable. Great family values all around here.

I will start off with the positives. The front office staff have always been very kind,…read moreprofessional, and courteous. The dance lessons were okay and the facility is clean and in a nice shopping center. What turned me off to the studio though is the show and how it was run. First off the Stage manager at the Merry and Bright show was very rude. I got reprimanded and talked to in an unprofessional tone several times while volunteering back stage. Backstage was chaos and volunteers were given no direction besides "keep these children quiet". The dress rehearsal went on for a very long amount of time. My child was in the 8th act out of 29 acts and we were not done until 8pm (with a 6 start time). My child was up way past any acceptable hour for a 3 year old because the rehearsal lasted so long. Also because of the chaotic nature back stage I was fearful that my child might slip away and no one would notice so I stayed backstage even when I wasn't volunteering because I felt they didn't have a good eye on the kids especially the young ones. Lastly the other kinder-theater classes (same age and skill level) were much more prepared for their performance. I thought the teachers would be with the kids or perhaps run them through their dance moves a few times before performance. But this was not the case. My child's teacher was in several acts before and after the little kinders preformed so she wasn't there with them at all. This was extremely poor planning on the part of the studio to put all of her dances before and after her classes dance. Of course all the littles froze on stage because they are three and they played the wrong music. I got a stern talking to on two occasions for miming the dance moves to them when they got scared and froze. I will be canceling our membership and will have my daughter go to a new studio.
