From the moment we walked in, the staff made the experience welcoming, engaging, and--shockingly--fun. They didn't just teach us how to dance; they helped us connect, laugh, and create a memory that my wife will never forget. The owner makes competition so less stressful and she's so supportive of all the girls and boys she's their biggest cheerleader. I 100% recommend this dance studio. If you're wanting to do competitive dance it is a Commitment, so I highly recommend you actually read the CONTRACT. Definitely not for everyone!, It's a big commitment for your kids and your family but definitely the best for your child if they wanted to do competitive. We avoided going to a formal dance class because the song we chose is not the traditional first dance and we are not dancers whatsoever and Jaz is witness to that. We didn't have any issues before with the exception of a few mix ups with payment, but you can see the difference with a motivated new owner and refreshed staff. The women my daughter has had as teachers have all been so wonderful and encouraging. The teachers have all shown so much passion for their art. They are patient and always make dance class fun. My daughter looks forward to dance class and always comes out with a smile. They recently had a small showcase that was so well organized and enjoyable and still took necessary precautions due to the pandemic. None of my daughter's classmates wanted to perform in the showcase but she was still able to dance. I was surprised she wanted to and I thank her teacher for giving her that confidence to dance it alone. We'll continue to attend LGSPA as long as my daughter is interested in dancing.
