With the addition of their new location, they are able to offer even more classes for the growing roster of students. Our daughter loves the teachers here and continues to grow as as a dancer. If you are looking for a dance studio for either competitive dance or recreational, Studio M is a must try!

The day we went to pick up the Christmas dress, I was informed my daughter's dress was missing even though we were charged for it and were informed we have one day to exchange it. Finally the owner said she left it at her home and brought it after the class--apparently she babysits her own children, SMH! On that same day, I was informed all of the tickets were sold out for the show and they had only been on sale for 4 days. The owner did not set a limit on how many tickets each customer could purchase tickets. One person informed me they purchased 20 tickets--we only needed 4 tickets! We had attempted several times to purchase tickets online on my phone and laptop and the website was non functioning. I informed the owner of this and was not given any understanding about my situation and was informed I should have come in and purchased them in person--what is the point if you have a website!?! My father had passed away prior to this and was not given any sympathy for my loss and rather was informed, "If you didn't buy tickets in time, there is nothing I can do about it!" The tickets could have been added to the purchase of the dress or on our monthly bill which they charged us religiously, however they said they don't do business that way and all tickets are open to public! The lack of professionalism, respect for their customers, and chauvinist attitude is no good and we would never recommend this dance studio to anyone!

The atmosphere is one of friendship and working 'together" rather than competing with the other participants. Everyone is friendly, and welcoming to the new person. The classes are for ANY fitness level and can be adapted to the beginner, but challenging enough for the well-conditioned person. Carmen, the owner has been in the fitness industry, virtually "ALL HER LIFE". While she is very talented dancer, she is a LICENSED trainer, and work out instructor...and comes from decades of training and devotion to all things healthy and fit. She is not simply someone who is "good at dancing" who decided to hang up her shingle! She has semi-private weight training she teaches...she has pilates, RIPPED classes, kickboxing, sentao, zumba TONING ( with weights or "zumba sticks"). She sells licensed zumba attire and accessories.... She CHANGES the classes by adding new songs/routines so we don't get bored and only work one or two sets of muscles....the studio is very up to date, and user friendly with mirrors so ALL can see the instructor ( and vice versa)...WOODEN floors, and stage for the instructor. She has "specials' , unlimited cards, high volume incentives, water available...the classes are SO affordable...and no initiation fees or contracts to sign! She teaches at many locations throughout the Inland Empire, and has frequent fun gatherings, called Zumba Parties where several instructors teach, there are door prizes and something fun for everyone! I am NOT,NOT, NOT a "dancer" in any way, shape or form! This exercise is fun, upbeat and addicting....you come in dragging ...and leave full of life...changes one's entire "mood" and outlook! Try it, and you too will be hooked, hopefully as a way of life, and not just a once in a while "pick me up"!

Instructor led a very high energy, fun class. I will most definitely return. Pricing was more than reasonable; my first class was free and they offer punch cards or an unlimited number of classes for $40/month. They didn't mention a contract so I'm assuming it's a pay as you go type of thing.

Been going to BC Fitness for years with only great experiences…read more Classes are amazing and made for athletes, owners deeply care and are knowledgeable about everything cycling, and BC fitness is a stellar hub of the cycling community! We have personally had maybe 10 bikes fit here with amazing results. My son went to nationals twice and I won a state championship! Most importantly leadership is inclusive and develops good people and good sports as a priority over winning - which they do through kindness, respect and the gift of time. I'm thankful for all the ways BC Fitness played a positive role in my life and the lives of my family members! (As a heads up, the cafe is reopening under new ownership soon but is currently closed, so this review is just for fitness, coaching and cycling expertise)

We were assured it was not competitive and all abilities were welcome. That could NOT have been farther from the truth. My daughter was never "in shape" enough or "ready" enough to join the group rides according to the coaches. She literally was told to please not attend the rides because she'd get left behind--suuuper kid-friendly. Such a waste of time and energy...and worse a disappointed kid who got bait and switched :-( Far more irritating than all of this...they have no readily available membership cancellation button on their website. I verbally cancelled with Rachael. Months later I was charged for another year. I was promised that the PayPal charge would be reversed ASAP. It never happened. I ended up having to file a PayPal dispute to get my money back. All in all it took probably 6 weeks to get my money back. I thought the nightmare was finally over. NOPE! Now two years after we cancelled, I got charged for another year's membership just now. So after the PayPal dispute, which I don't even think they bothered to respond to, they STILL have not bothered to fix what they promised would be done "ASAP" years ago!!!! UPDATE: I received an email from Rachael asking me to come in & talk to her so we could "work something out" about my refund (this isn't how refunds work, so let me translate: "If you remove your truthful review, THEN & ONLY THEN will I give you the refund you are legally entitled to. They fought my PayPal dispute to keep charging me on 11/25 for a membership that was terminated in 2023.) Look around folks. Do you see a cancellation button anywhere on their website or team app? Nope. Terrible people. Genuinely. Redlands Bicycle Club for Kids. Redlands Kids Cycling Group. Team California. BC Fitness Cafe. Team California Juniors. Redlands Youth Bicycle Club.

I took the Pilates Gym class (don't let the name scare you -- there's no bench-pressing here unless it's reformer-related...and not even then). This isn't your typical contemporary Pilates class with synchronized leg lifts and forced serenity. Nope, this one's rooted in the classical method, and it shows. You get a personalized workout plan, access to all apparatuses, and the freedom to work at your own pace, like an introvert's dream workout. Megan was incredibly attentive and intuitive, helping me through exercises I would've skipped (read: panicked and pretended to adjust my grip socks) in a larger studio setting. I was dealing with some pain beforehand, but her guidance helped me modify and still get a solid workout. And let me tell you, your girl broke a sweat. The good kind. The "I feel accomplished but also mildly betrayed by my own muscles" kind. It's worth noting: this place isn't for the TikTok Pilates bandwagon recruits looking to pose on a reformer and call it a day. This is the real deal -- classical, precise, and actually challenging. If you're here for aesthetics only, prepare to be humbled by springs and straps. My only callout, and the reason for only four stars, is that the studio is upstairs and didn't seem to have a handicap-accessible entrance. Please correct me if I missed the elevator opportunity. I can't imagine a client with a disability being able to practice here unless they're willing to do a surprise stair workout. Still, for anyone who can make it up the stairs, State Street Pilates is a gem. Classical, effective, challenging and just the right amount of charm.
