There were fans high in the ceiling too but couldn't feel the air at all so laying there staring at bright lights and spinning fans . It wasn't relaxing or peaceful. Way too many early stretching into the practice and hardly any yoga moves . If it's daylight , why put on the ceiling lights at all? I was disappointed as this class was too basic and not what I was hoping for at all. Wish the studio was different because then I would definitely return and take a different yoga class.

I started with a living social deal that was $49 for 5 weeks (4 days a week). The coaches motivated me to work hard and stay healthy. It really trimmed my body up and I felt amazing. Unfortunately the cost after the 5 weeks was way out of my budget so I stopped after it was over. I just re-started again with another living social deal and this time I have 13 weeks of Kaia Fit to look forward to. The owner Patti is a gem and makes you feel right at home. I hope that these next 13 weeks will teach me more than I know now about being healthy and working out and it will continue to help my body stay as fit and sexy as ever! Chose the 5am class because it is the only one that will fit in my schedule. I did the 7pm class before but its not offered this time. Other options are 6am, 7am and 6pm. I like that there are many choices even though none are JUST RIGHT for me but you have to do what you have to do.

There is an indoor and outdoor running track. Indoor gym with basketball, Volleyball, and pickleball. There are ping pong tables, virtual sports, fitness classes, free weights, weight machines, there are aerobics machines of all kinds including treadmills and ellipticals. There are outdoor sports fields and a lap pool and water slide. I probably missing something, but it is no wonder Loma Linda is a blue zone because of their diet, low stress Christian lifestyle, and fitness. Drayson is part of that. They open at 0530 (when I go) and though it is not crowded, there are a surprising amount of people who go both young and older.
