Every time I came here the food is always good - you ask what could change is the attitude of the MGM employees when I walk into the door. Disgustingly arrogant will not allow me to check my ticket unless I am a degenerate gambler who has multiple stars on your site. My money going forward will certainly go to another casino - I was there tonight wearing slacks, a monogrammed, long shirt and the mgm dork generally had the gall to tell me I couldn't check my bets at a certain location because that was reserved for VIPs - there were no VIPs in that location. I figured I lost and I didn't wanna waste of peoples time at the cage. When it comes to customer service, you guys really need to check exactly who you hire. We came here after hockey game. It was so loud in there you couldn't even hear yourself talk. TVs were on highest volume possible. Ordered an Espresso Martini. Waited over a half hour and still no drink. Shahina was our waitress. She seemed in a daze. It was extremely busy. I had to remind her that I still hadn't received my drink. She acted puzzled like she didn't remember me telling her I wanted an Espresso Martini. Ordered a Poke Bowl. Was the saddest looking Poke bowl I had ever seen. Wasn't even in a bowl. The sauce that came on my plate was extremely spicy and I couldn't eat it. Asked if they had anything else that wasn't spicy but she said No besides BBQ sauce. Who eats BBQ sauce with a Poke Bowl?!? Had some kind of corn chips or something with it too. Gross! Waitress never came back to check on us. So she never asked us if we wanted another drink or anything. Poke Bowl tasted ok other than no sauce and it really should have more toppings/ingredients in it. So probably the worst time at a restaurant I've had in a very very long time. We have been to Tom's Watch Bar two times before Reds games. The first time we sat at the bar and the second time we were at a table. The space is awesome, tons of TVs and opportunities for placing sports bets. Our service has been fantastic both times which is key for a new business. We ordered the cheese curds the first time... and dang were they amazing! I'm from Wisconsin and they are easily top 5 cheese curds ever for me. On our second trip we were looking forward to getting them again but the deep fryer was broken so we weren't able to so that was a big bummer. All of our drinks have been great tho both times! I can see this place really succeeding and I know they will only get better with time. Definitely stop by before a Reds or Bengals game!! read more

As an employee of GABP, I've given Tom's multiple chances to be even average. Service is terrible, I'd policy is ridiculously stupid, prices are a joke. Went on a Sunday day game, unable to order a screwdriver, they don't have orange juice and no one seemed to care. Would highly recommend you go a couple doors down to the Holy Grail, great service, efficient and super friendly. Rest assured, the staff at Tom's will make it abuntdly clear, you are a nuisance to them, not a guest. read more

Was heading to the Reds ballgame and i was there a bit early and a bit hungry. Seems this place is under new management so gabe it a shot. I only tried the Shrimp with tots and it was real delicious but towards the end of the tots I hit a pocket of salt that got me by surprise. I also had the Cheese dip and chips and it was fantastic. For context, I went with a group from work here for lunch on Tuesday February 10th, 2026. The best part was our server, she was quick and came by often to refill our drinks. First issue was that they were out of half the menu items we tried to order like the prime rib french dip, they were out of salad, so the vegetarians in our group HAD to order the Mediterranean salad plate or fries as their only options. The cheapest item was the Chicken Sandwich , tots and soda for $19 (me). Everyone else had water and paid over $20 for their meals. Second issue was we came with seven people. There were only six other people in the place eating and it our order took over 45 minutes to come out. All that time for 2 Mediterranean plates, two chicken sandwiches, 2 chicken tenders, and Carne Asada tacos. Ridiculous for a mostly empty place at lunch. The food was serviceable, but not overly good for the price. Worst part is that it is now 21 and up only, so not family friendly or a place to even take interns for lunch. Worst of all they painted over all the Cincinnati sports murals with black paint and hung more TVs. Ugh. Won't be going back. Great and friendly service. No complaints as the bartenders were great. The beers are expensive and they added a sneaky 4% Service fee, which the manager struggled to explain. He said it is common for places he goes to. I haven't seen it at the banks before. In the manager's defense he came back and offered us another round of drinks, which was nice. The service was good but the food was mediocre at best. My wife got sick from the nachos. We came to watch the OSU game and was seated in a section to watch a full screen game of Georgia V. Alabama but once this game was over they couldn't do the same for the B1G game. Not a great atmosphere for a game at all. read more

I was first on the waitlist for 30 minutes and watch three groups get seated (one was a group of 4 like we were) when I asked the hostess ...he was confused and said sorry....he finally got us a seat where we sat for 20 minutes and no one came to our table....obviously this establishment can't handle busy nights....i was surprised as we tried 3 other places that had a long wait list - this one did not - maybe an indicator it was best we didn't stay. read more

Food and atmosphere was pretty good but the service was awful. Our server was consistently forgetting to bring out our drinks and seemingly purposefully avoiding us at times. After asking for food menus, we waited patiently for our order to be taken. Server would walk right by us and avoid eye contact while we are sitting there clearly ready to order. When she finally came to our table, she asked about a phantom bill that hadn't been paid from our friends' table. After verifying with her that they had all paid for their bills, she acknowledged that there must have been a mistake. To which then I said well I am ready to order my food since I hadn't yet. She completely ignored me and walked away. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she will eventually take my order but after an hour of sitting at my table with a menu waiting like an idiot i finally said something to get her attention walking by and was able to order. Days later I am writing this because I look at my bank account and see an extra charge that I did not authorize. Now I'm wondering if they decided to charge me for that phantom bill while fully knowing it was a mistake that wasn't even from the table I was at. This wasn't even the only banking problem we had that night. My buddy was charged $25 for a singular coors light. The staff acknowledged that wasn't the correct price but refused to do anything about it saying it was probably because he started a tab. When all he did was order a singular beer and instantly pay for it. The Bet MGM staff has always been great to us but this new "Tom's" staff is atrocious. read more
