The place is clean and large, the selection is vast. The issue is after the purchase and going to this DMV style room with these miserable people that are processing the last portion of your purchase is horrific! It's worse than the DMV because these people are packing. During my last visit there I was made to wait for an additional hour and a half just to get some paperwork processed. They also processed at least four people that started waiting after I arrived. The woman was constantly panting and is clearly distress, she should be employed elsewhere where she doesn't have to deal with the public. I went with a friend who was impressed by the level of care and service on the sale side, but horrified and will never buy from the store now because of the experience after.

But inventory updates since then have been unimpressive. I understand that they can only sell what vendors send them, but lately that inventory has been sorely lacking compared to when I joined. I only shoot 9mm, and currently on the website they have 3 options of 124 grain under $14 for a box of 50, and not one 50 pc box of 147 grain under $17, which is my choice for steel competition. I'm hoping that improves soon, as when they have inventory their pricing is very good, but this $99 membership is useless to me if they can't keep up basic demand for the more common grains for those of us who don't shoot the basic 115 grain that we can get anywhere. I'm still giving them 4 stars, with the hope that things improve soon.
