It's been a pleasure a pleasure communicating with a professional, and through-out the process, I've been kept in "the loop" regarding where the modifications tr being added that we agreed upon and assembly of the product is at during the build-up. I was interested in one of their firearms posted online. I wrote a detailed list of a bunch of questions, and Alpha-Dog fired back a lengthy response super fast. I was greatly-impressed with this rapid response time, and by the 'effort' the representative ("Aaron") put into writing it. Usually with gun dealers, their responses are terse.Later on that day, "Aaron" took the bother to send me a great graphic about the gun I was interested in compared to like guns in its size-class( I had asked about dimensions, etc.) To me, that's putting Customer Service over-the-top.
