I kind of don't get this place because my entire family in Sydney LOVES, LOVES, LOVES this place. I asked them if they ever tried anything else (they took me 6 times when I was here this time). And my aunt said: they just end up coming back and nothing else is really good.
They also have Japanese food, but Korean style.
This place has good food: I've tried a few other things. I think the ingredients are probably fresher than the Korean resturants I've been to back in the states, but I feel like I've had better Korean food in the states.
They do not have the best tofu soups in Sydney.. I've tried a few Korean places.. and they just don't.
I'm giving this a four because it's like a FIVE for my family. It's good, but honestly: I'd give it a three. But, I do like trying different dishes every time I'm here, but so far nothing really goes: this is the best godamn thing.
I do love their pickled thing.. I'm not sure if it's beetroot but its red with red sauce, that's the best little free appetizer they have (which I've never seen before). read more
