So I recently went back to him for some auto body work on my car that had scratches from where I rubbed up against an icy snow pile that was full of broken pavement and made some deep scratches that I couldn't fix myself. The fender looks like new. They were even able to get some of the scratches out of the rubber of the bumper. When I went to pick up my car, the two nicks in the door molding was not repaired. I literally…read morepointed this out when I was getting the car repaired. I was told they buffed out a big scratch on the door for free - but my car never had a scratch to begin with. They filled the nicks with spot paint and it looks terrible. The hood on the car wasn't fully latched. I pulled over, opened the hood completely and there was a lot of overspray in the engine compartment. I had to go back to the shop to have it cleaned. They removed a wheel well molding around the back wheel. They never installed the clip and the clip is part of a set for all 4 wheel wells. You cannot buy one clip, so I have a wheel well molding loose and flopping while driving. I went there because I have a Subaru and the nearby Subaru dealer said they bring all their work there. I tried Cahillane but will never go there again.

My car went in for a simple recall and a check on the remote entry key and came out not running proper with all the dash warning lights on. When returned to them they claimed it was not related to the previuos work completed. I found that they had rebooted the computer to fix the key and resulted in the car running badly. They blamed the bad work on me the client and charged $89 for a diagnostic that was thier issue in the begining. When I complained to VW of America and the owner of the company...Dana wrote me back a rude email stating it was my issue and he would rather not do any further work for me. I aslo had brought the car in for a recall item...leaking sunroof. They cleaned the car with a powerful cleaning agent that burned our eyes and smelled like an old outhouse. When we returned it, they told my wife that she was wrong and that it did not smell at all...what ever happened to the client is always right? over all I rate them low because they are rude, are unable diagnose or fix the problems and when the do something incorrect they balme it on the client and charge them for it.

We have bought two cars here. Those experiences were fine. However, the service department is a…read moredifferent story. At best they are inept, but that feels too kind. It really seems that they are dishonest and corrupt. Every time we have brought our car there, within a week we need to return for a new problem that didn't exist previously. This last time, they replaced some tires. The next day within 1 hour the brakes seized. Either your inspection was inadequate and you put us back on the road in an unsafe car, or you broke something during the repair. They charged us a diagnostic inspection fee ($90), even though they had the car less than 24 hrs earlier. They then wanted $3000 for new brakes. Huh? You didn't see that when the wheels were off, and you want to charge us for a diagnostic inspection. No thanks. I will never use this unscrupulous business again for service. We are going to be replacing this car soon with another Honda soon, but they have lost our business. It's a shame because I would like to keep business local and tax dollars local, but I cannot support them any more. Too bad.
