U also thought the ribs could have been a little more tender. The brisket was tasty as well as the links so I can't say it was a bust. Also plenty for the price. However, there were a few areas where we felt the experience could be improved: - The Burger: I ordered my burger medium-well, (as I like no pink, but not burnt) but it arrived heavily charred and blackened, which was quite noticeable and disappointing. - The Sides: The baked beans and coleslaw did not meet their expectations. They were "just ok". Additionally, the corn on the cob was overcooked and soggy. - Portioning: We ordered the "Feast for Two," which is noted to serve 2-3 people, yet it only includes two cornbread muffins. I understand that everyone has different styles of barbecue, and this may have simply been an off day.
