I went here for the first time this past Christmas to buy a shirt for my husband. They had a nice…read moreselection and I picked out 2 that I liked, but narrowed it down to one, as that was all I could afford. I never had any intention of buying 2 shirts. The salesman was very nice and helpful. I ended up buying 1 shirt and 2 pair of socks. I was in a hurry and didn't pay enough attention to the bill total. I wrapped the shirt and socks and gave them to my hubby. But when I was going through my bills a month later, I noticed they had charged me for 2 shirts plus the socks! When I went to the store to explain, the regional manager was there and asked me where the shirt was. I said I never had it. It was not in my bag, and since I wasn't expecting there to be 2 shirts in there it had seemed fine at the time. She was very curt with me and said it would take awhile to look into it, review the tapes, look at the inventory, etc. She then called me the very next day! And told me basically that I was a liar and that based on their information, they had no evidence to say there was an issue. I work in retail and we have video cameras pointing right at the cash wrap. We've referred to them more than once, but it does take time. Either they have no video surveillance, or they are lying to me. I think they are lying. They tried to offer me a 15% off coupon on my next purchase. What a joke. I was eager to help out a new business and I got screwed. There are plenty of nice men's shirt stores. Don't bother with this one. Stay away because they don't care one bit about you.

Rikki was the girl who was working the store when I visited. I was on vacation and literally all of my jeans were falling off me. I know, tough problem. But in reality it kinda sucks. I hate clothes shopping...yup I do. Am I the only female who does not truly enjoy clothes shopping? Anyway, enter Rikki. I had grabbed a few jeans to try on and she set up a fitting room and asked me what I was looking for. I told her. I also told her specific issues I have bc my legs are fairly long. She suggested which of the jeans I had picked were most likely to fit best. I tried them, but wasn't thrilled. I didn't even know what size I was anymore, so nothing was perfect. She grabbed several different styles and lengths and brought them to me. Then she brought more, and then more. My best friend was with me, so I was able to get a good second opinion. Rikki was so full of personality & seemed to truly love her job. It turned into a fun shopping experience, not one full of dread. Because seriously, does anyone really like trying on jeans? Anyway, I ended up with the perfect jeans and I actually really really really like them. They fit perfect, and I do mean perfect. That never happens. And she even applied unexpected, but appreciated coupons when I checked out. Yippee!

Only 4 stars for a few disconnects, but this seemed to be because they were so busy... They left a sensor on one of my items, we pushed back the start time and then needed to start 10m after that (which was fine, I had blocked out the day anyways.) Also I had specified that I was not looking to purchase synthetics, but did have a number of polyester items when I arrived. I think I also would've loved a little more feedback on how pieces looked or what to pair together. Other than that, it was an incredibly seamless appointment. I'm can be a bit picky, but Ruba adapted really fast! Thank you!

I had a phenomenal experience at Aritzia last night!…read more I had come in shortly before closing and I understand how annoying it can be to have one of those last minute people come in but I was treated with nothing but the utmost respect and kindness. As expected, ( you can never go into an Aritzia not falling in love with everything you see lol ) looking around I found so many pieces I just fell in love with. I had grabbed several things and immediately a worker there came to take them for me, grab my name, and set them aside for a fitting room! It was so thoughtful and it just elevated the experience of shopping without having to carry a bunch of clothes around. Once I was done browsing I headed to the fitting room area where my things I had picked up were set aside for me. I then had a pants apart of a set I was in love with but was a size too big not work out too well for me. :(( Yet the kindest girl there looked immediately if they had a 00 to pair with my top on hand which they did and they ended up working perfectly! This is one of the few stores that has sizes in tops and pants that fit my waist measurements perfectly!! :)) Once I was done trying on everything the same girl who had set aside my things took everything that didn't work out for me and didn't let me carry a thing! They truly value their customers and go above and beyond for customer service, satisfaction, and experience. The atmosphere is very clean and orderly. Everything was racked neatly and in place. There wasn't a sign of anything un-orderly or messy. Oh my gosh and the fitting rooms( in pictures provided) are just to die for. I ended up leaving with the most beautiful set, yet it wasn't just the clothes that had me leaving happy it was also how respectful and kind I was treated. How helpful all the staff were there and how welcomed I felt. All I can say is if the manager of this location is reading this review, all the girls working the night of 5/24/25 go above and beyond for their customers and in keeping their store looking put together and beautiful and deserve a huge thanks for up keeping a respectful, friendly, and welcoming face for this Aritzia location. I will most definitely be returning and bringing friends and family.

Aaron, I am a customer of The Buckeye Corner in Columbus Ohio where I purchased in two transactions a little over $500. The reason I am writing you is because your team fixed a small oversight that The Buckeye Corner overlooked. I bought several shirts as I need to have the ability to represent my Ohio State Buckeyes. One of the shirts I bought had an issue, they accidentally forgot to take off the theft tag. I was perplexed because I didn't know how I could get this fixed. I called The Buckeye Corner and let them know I live in Chicago and couldn't come back. The lady I spoke to told me about Lids owning them and I could just go to a Lids store and they could fix the issue, I was so relieved! I came in to your Outlet Store here in Aurora off of I-88. I came in and Carolina assisted me. She quickly understood my situation. She checked my receipt to ensure I actually purchased the shirt and then asked her Manager Sierra of it was ok, Sierra said it was no problem. The machine that is in your store was not working so Carolina went to the other to see if it would work, it also did not. Carolina came back to let Sierra know what was happening and then Sierra asked Carolina to go a child's store she worked at before describing the issue with the theft tag as it has a function that to undo the tag needed a different system to get it to work. So with my receipt in hand Carolina took the shirt to the other store and came back with my shirt free of the theft tag!! I am so grateful for the staff you have there!!!! Carolina was amazing and Sierra went above and beyond in suggesting the fix that she did. Lastly I am also in customer service, and the department I am in charge of was 7th in the county last year in customer service out of 648 dealers, so I know very well what it takes to have a winning team...you sir have a winning team!!!
