IMO a little more training in the store front on volunteering VERBAL communication with customers could help the experience be better. Out of the 4 times in this shop, I was ignored 3 times. My cat's room was very clean, with a big window, the jungle gym setup, and a loft bed. The kitty litter had added fiber pellets, which I hope he liked since he hates sawdust litter. They gave me back everything that I left at dropoff, plus a toy. My cat was very calm, coming by his own free-will to greet the handler. To me, these were all green flags and I will highly recommend Whiskers to anyone needing a safe place for their kittens and cats to stay for a short (or long) spell. They know cats better!
