Our pup has been attending day care for three years at this location. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE STAFF and location.

I've waited over 10 days to hear from the General Manager or the owner. Ofcourse I haven't gotten a call yet. How can you allow thing under your watch happen like this? How do you think this is okay? You either are an absent owner or GM OR you just don't care!!! Either way I gave you ample time to call me yet my cellphone doesn't ring. Luckily both Cooper and Redford are eating healthy and getting back to normal but the fact that they allow my dogs to go hungry without as much as a phone call is beyond me. I gave y'all a shot and you failed!! I paid good money to get both Redford and Cooper trained!!!! How the heck can you effectively train a dog when it is starving!!!!? YOU CAN'T!!!! Y'all should beashamed!!! No questions asked. You took my money. What a waste of money!!!! I'm sure Mike did his best. BUT IT WAS NOT HIS JOB TO CARE FOR MY DOGS!!!! It was yours!!! I'm appalled, still pissed off and can't believe you run a facility that "takes care" of animals. And to sit and lie to me that they were being fed according to my instructions? "We had to separate them because Cooper was eating Redford's food. That's why he looks like that." HAHAHA THEY WERE STARVING!! Or "It's very high stress. They probably weren't eating because of it." This was not the first time they were boarded not the last. My dogs eat together, sleep together, been together from the beginning. They only stress they encountered lack of food and lack of attention for NEARLY 30 DAYS!!!!! So you're telling me you fed them Two scoops a day? 4 cups a day? .ABSOLUTELY NOT, in no way they were getting 4 cups a day each. Freaking, ridiculous!!!!! I continuously serve my country in the military for over 16 years and when I leave for training I entrust my pets to boarding facilities to treat my dogs better than I treat them myself. Got a new puppy needed to board him for a couple of nights. He did really well meeting all the nice girls that work there. They even invited him to group daycare and he enjoyed that as well. I will be boarding with them again soon. Thanks ladies read more

To be completely honest, this kennel is very nice and the people there are usually very nice. However, they have lost my business completely due to the fact that they have been getting filled up and having no availability I have been a loyal customer and have spent thousands of dollars in kennel fees over the last year and plan annually to spend around $10,000 in kennel fees and was going to be and remain a loyal customer to Tomball Pet resort for years to come, however, the unreliability of having availability for my dogs to have a place to stay is a problem, and I can no longer continue my business with Tomball Pet resort. My advice to management is prioritize, your loyal customers versus your one time customers. read more

We absolutely love this place! The staff is amazing. They alway greet my dog with love and affection, and it is obvious that my dog loves the staff too! Communication is exceptional and it is a nice bonus that I get to see pictures and videos of my pup on their Facebook page at the end of a doggy daycare day. We also board here when we are out of town. I know that my dog is being cared for when I leave town by this amazing staff. I recommend this place to all of my friends with dogs that need extra play time. My little boy alway comes home exhausted and content. The grooming is amazing as well! I have 2 elderly little schnauzer that require a lot of patience and Celi is amazing with them. read more

Our first visit for the weekend. We were told the dogs would get a bath before we picked them up however I'm not sure they were. Disappointed me because they were stinky. Our male dog was wearing a bandana when we dropped them off and same bandana didn't look like it was removed for a bath... maybe we misunderstood. Will give another chance! Incompetent all around. My wife made an appointment early in the week for our Yorkie, along with my mother in law's 2 Maltese's. The girl on the phone took the information and told us we were all set. When I arrived with the dogs on Saturday, they told me they had an appointment for the Yorkie, but not my mother in law's 2 dogs. When I told them that we made the appointment all together, she looked and said that they could take the one dog but there is nothing they could do for the other 2. Clearly upset, I took the dogs to the car to call my wife. At that point, Suzie the groomer came outside and said that she doesn't know what happened. She then proceeded to tell me that it's partially my fault because we didn't mention to them that the 2 dogs were new to the system and that we should of called the day before to confirm. EXCUSE ME? This is our fault? I'm sorry, but it is usually the employee's job to find out if the clients had been there before (btw, after talking to my wife, she said that she DID tell you they were new clients!) And that is is MY responsibility to call and confirm our appointments? This is how you apologize? I asked for the manager, and they said she was at the 2920 location. My wife called and they pretended she wasn't there, until my wife caught them in a lie and said that the other location said she was. She apologized and said there was nothing they could do. Unacceptable! Train your employees better and learn how to talk to upset customers. Suzie is a disgrace and I will never go there again! read more

I would give this place 0 stars but that is not an option. We dropped of our dog on Friday and picked him up on Sunday. When we made the reservation we mentioned that their was a coupon for one free day with two days free. They did not honor this coupon but did offer a free night at our dogs next stay. We asked for our dogs nails to be trimmed. The trim was poorly done and I had to redo them at home. When we picked our dog up on Sunday he was very dehydrated. When we took him outside he immediately went to the restroom and went for at least 2 min. He was painting very hard for over 2 hours. I was told my dog would be in a luxury suit with his own bed and a TV playing animal channel. I was also told that he would be taken out at least twice a day for 20 min. We were not allowed to see the kennel that he stayed in which makes me wonder where my dog was forced to stay for 2 days. We spoke to a manager about the issues but she did not want to resolve anything. We asked for the owner to call and we have yet to hear from him. read more

This place has really let me down. The owners and employees are lacking in customer service and ethical background on how to treat customers in a business atmosphere. As a past customer, I can only say I have been severely let down with the way I was treated and the manner of how my particular situation was handled from a customer service point of view. I have brought my dog to them for years on one occasion the severely cut my dog while grooming him and fired the groomer and were very sorry. I picked up my dog today and he is so burnt and cut I'm so angry! Stay away from this establishment! HORRIBLE! Animal cruelty at its finest. read more

Horrible experience for our family. Our dog ended up in the emergency clinic because he was vomiting blood. The emergency vet said it was due to being overfed and stress. We found out he was fed 33 cups of food w/in 4 days. I've made multiple attempts to contact the owner with no response. Do not take your pet here.... read more

I had boarded my German Shepard at the 2920 location several times before trying this location. I had the worst experience at this location. I had planned on picking up my dog on a Sunday and inquired about the cutoff time when I dropped her off. I was told they stayed open 2 hours later than they did. Luckily I knew I was running late anyway so I happened to call 10 minutes before they actually called. Mind you I still thought I had two hours. I asked if I could have someone else pick up my dog and the person was very rude and told me I had 5 minutes to have someone pick up my dog. I was able to ask a neighbor to get my dog and when he got there she took 15 minutes to even answer the door! She just gave him my dog, she didn't even ask for a name! My dog then came home and peed for eternity then drank a whole bowl of water. They hadn't even let her go to the bathroom! I was horrified and called to complain the next day. I was then yelled at by the owner for not knowing the correct close time. I informed her I was told the incorrect time, she continued to blame me and say I should've already known! I will never take my dog back to this location. read more

Do not go to this place. After moving to Texas I needed to find a new groomer for my dogs. Before I made an appointment I stopped by inquiring about prices. I was quoted a price for both dogs from the young girl running the front desk she was very nice and helpful so I made the appointment. When I went into pick them up the price was more than i was quoted. I was told by the groomer Susie that my dogs were not easy to groom. After talking to the manager and threatening to never return they gave me the quoted price as long as i returned. I recently took my dogs in for a 2nd appointment gave instructions and also explained that one of my dogs had a wart like spot on his back hind quarter that is getting removed soon and to be careful with the clippers in that spot. When when I went to pick them up they were not groomed like I asked and the worst part it appears the spot i had warned them about had been nicked with the clippers that i noticed when I got home. The young girl at the desk again was very nice and told me no problem they could fix it. When we took my dog back to the groomer Susie she said very rudely that they have them groomed how they were told when I dropped them off. Exactly my point i gave instructions on how to have them groomed and he was groomed exactly the opposite. When I was leaving Susie sarcastically said goodbye. I will never return to this place and I would never refer them for grooming. read more

The first time I took my dogs here, I had no problems. The second time, a first everything seemed OK, until I got my dogs home. Both drank far more water than I've ever seen them drink before. Clearly they hadn't been given water for some time, Weather this was done on purpose or not, they put my dogs at risk. read more

I did not have a good experience at Tomball Pet Resort on Louetta today. My husband had given me a gift certificate he received at work for a free grooming- so naturally I wanted to get my golden doodle in for a much needed haircut. However, the groomer called me after 4 hours saying she would not be able to give him a haircut. That she was running her fingers through his hair and he had a lot of mats , so she would only be able to shave him down. (Not what I needed. He was just bathed and brushed out barely a month ago by a mobile groomer.) She claimed it would hurt him to brush out his tangles. Frustrated, I gave instructions not to shave him down and to at least try to brush him out. When I picked him up at 2:45- all the groomers were gone for the day. Driving home- I ran my fingers all through his hair and did not feel or see ANY mats. So help me understand why on earth you couldn't brush him out then give him an appropriate haircut. No thanks. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

I've been here several times with my sweet Yorkie for grooming. The girls at the front are very sweet to me and to Gilbert and take care to get instructions for the cut you want, and we got very good cuts most of the time but their pricing has gone through the roof! $48 is an incredible amount of money pre-tip! Going to have to start looking around. read more
