Do not bring your double coated dogs here to be groomed. I picked up my two goldens after asking for a summer cut for one and a potty trim for the other. The groomer completely shaved my golden retriever which is dangerous to do. He had zero mats in his hair as I brush them regularly. This absolutely a risk for him to be able to manage heat. They also used shavers on the one for potty and did not only a horrific job but also nicked the skin. I have shared a before and after for both. read more

Please go anywhere else. Brought my dog for the full grooming service + teeth cleaning. Dropping my dog off and picked her up within an hour. She seemed clean and happy and we were excited for this service. Yet, after a few hours, had noticed her nails weren't trimmed nor was she really groomed. (Included in the service) After calling the location and speaking to someone, they informed me that the groomer wasn't "comfortable"? So... That couldn't have been a conversation or an update/refund upon picking my dog up. They were quite content about not saying anything until I called. THEN after providing a refund, they stated I should find a new groomer since the current one was uncomfortable after the situation?? After we have been using Petsuites for just over two years now it is time for a review. We have been taking our Poodle and Dalmador (dalmatian/lab mix) to Petsuites for grooming, each since they were puppies. From start to finish, everything is professional, attentive, and top-notch. First and foremost, the groomers there, especially Ashley, keep in constant contact before, during, and after their grooming session showing a great level of expertise and care. They really want to make sure you're getting exactly what you want and get to know the dogs better. They take the time to understand our dogs' individual needs and preferences, what we are looking for and ensure a comfortable and stress-free grooming session for them each time. Our poodle is still a puppy and is a bit apprehensive around new experiences/people, but the groomers handle her with such patience and gentleness, instantly putting her at ease. The Dalmador can be a lot to handle and sheds like crazy, but their "furminator" treatment does wonders for shedding dogs and seems to keep her skin healthy for a while after. The results speak for themselves. Our dogs look and smell great, they come out exactly like we hope each time. The attention to detail shows the groomers take pride in their work. Beyond the grooming itself, our girls love Petsuites and our experience there has always been wonderful with amazing service. They go to day play about once or twice each week, and get excited when they know they're going to go play with their friends. Each have worked with Celine, the trainer, on various issues and with great results. Both have had some issues at home which we were able to get resolved quickly through training sessions. Celine is such a great resource to work with the dogs and to help educate us on how to keep working at home. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and designed with the comfort of pets in mind. I absolutely love how my Charlie Girl came out. They did an excellent job getting the matting off her ears while still keeping her length and shape. I've had a terrible experience at another local groomer where Charlie ended up having a red eye from too much pressure. It was so bad we had to seek veterinary treatment and pain meds, but this grooming experience was different. The staff was friendly, attentive, and more importantly Charlie came back to me without incident/injury. 10/10 would recommend. read more

This company has neglected/killed dog(s); lied about things such as policy and pets' behavior; allowed pets to be hurt (see photos), and did not administer medication to pet(s) per their prescription/instruction...just a few reasons to STEER CLEAR! I have extensive stories to back up all of my claims...much too long to detail in this review, but if you have any questions, please ask, and I will explain further and/or provide a response. A synopsis of my claims is as follows - 1. They left a dog outside in the heat for hours, causing the dog's death. 2. I was told that they had a policy regarding the "strike" system that they employ, but they did not have a policy. Additionally, they claimed that my dog has behavioral issues, although he was trained to be a service dog through the ASPCA, and they could not provide proof that my dog ever harmed another dog (on the contrary, my dog received glowing reviews on every "paw-gress" report provided) 3. My dog came home with scratches and bites on several occasions, and the only explanation given was "sometimes dogs have bad days". 4. They skipped days of my dog's required daily medication when he was boarded there. If you really care for your pet and want a safe environment with honest, transparent management, take your pet elsewhere. read more

I've been bringing my pup here for almost a year now. The service is always outstanding. The desk staff know her and welcome her when we walk in. They're set up to text with clients - and they reach out if anything unusual is going on. They even reach out in advance of holidays to ensure we get a reservation in. I also did a two-week training "stay-and-study" - she learned so much from their trainer and she's been amazing since. Whenever she's boarding, the trainer does daily enrichment activities to keep her brain active, and I get photos from their sessions. Could not be happier with PetSuites! read more

Dog Owners Beware!! Our dog sat in the cage for 2 days with infection after being severely scratched by a Pit Bull. I found out about it when I called to check on them and was very disappointed and scared for my Babies health and safety. Finally we talked them into taking him to the Vet who confirm that he had an infection and prescribed 3 medication to cure the infection. Pet Suites finally paid the Vet Bill however they did not give a discount for boarding and trauma it caused my family. Do not take your dog to this facility!!! read more

Recently used their boarding and grooming (nail trim) services for my 2 dogs. My dogs can be a bit snarky, but the girls at the front were so helpful and sweet when they checked them in. Not only were they super fast and responsive when I submitted my request for online booking, but they ask multiple questions to get to know your pets so they can give them the BEST care possible. They even send you text updates with photos of your pets enjoying their stay so that you can be assured that they are happy and well taken care of. The facility is SPARKLING clean and even smells great which must be hard when so many animals are coming in and out. I 100% would use them again, as I felt so at ease with the care they received, and I could tell my pups were loving every minute of their stay! read more

I don't even want to give 1 star!!! This place is TERRIBLE. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone. I made a reservation for my dog (maltipoo) to stay for 3 nights. After the first night I received a phone call that my dog was out of food. I sent my dog with a big bag of food and it was lost within less than 24 hours. They asked me to bring him more food. Obviously I was out of town and that is the reason he is there. They also told me they would send pictures and I never received any the entire time he was there. Zeus McBride is a Pitbull. Sweetest big baby you will ever meet! I took him to Preston Wood Kennels first to board for four days. I will never go there again!! He was so skinny he was depressed. They lied to me and said he ate all his food. When I took him home he didn't eat for two days! Preston wood kennels discriminate and won't let pitbulls play in group. After I talked to the manager and she told me yes after he is neutered he can play in group. They lied to me and said yeah he is a Pitbull an "aggressive" breed. Never went back to there! I went on google and found pet suites! I did day care one day during the summer! Zeus had soo much fun!!! Everyone there loves him and they are so nice and helpful! I just boarded Zeus Mcbride for five days. When I picked him up he was so happy and he ate his dinner. He really loves pet suites! I'm also trying to rent a house and the landlord is saying Zeus is an "aggressive breed". Pet suites went above and beyond to emailed her his evaluation that he is very sweet and friendly. So clearly my dogs have both came here so I decided to book ahead and bring them back but this time the poor of excuse human who mumbled words as soon as my dogs came in barking didn't want to keep my female schnauzer. All because she was afraid and scared of the people around her who she's not familiar with. If your going to work with dogs you must know your knowledge and not all dogs are the same breed. Schnauzers are loud and full of energy! How could you be afraid of a 17lb puppy who's only 1 yr old? I would never bring my dogs here again and I will make sure everyone I know who has fur babies to avoid such unprofessional experience. The amount of stress and inconvenience this lady who works here caused me is unexceptionable! I had to be at the airport right after dropping off my babies to catch a flight and to be turn down and having to find a whole new place to leave my babies at with short notice during the holidays!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. It is upsetting to me that i received my dog smelling like urine and also wet. Her paws were yellow and her bandana was also wet. I was told I had the "Gold package" and would receive a update picture that day of, never receive anything. My dog was there from friday morning until sunday morning. I had no updated on my baby and so I called saturday afternoon to check up on her and she how she is doing and I was informed that she was being difficult in a way and only allowing them to take her to the restroom. It upset me that I had to call to get that information. I could've picked up right away if i was informed of this on friday. Do they not clean their suite? Are they in a kennel and do they not clean their area if she makes accidents? God knows how long she was like that. They could've called me informing me that she was wet and I could've paid for her bath or anything she needed but no, no type of call. I was told that ANY little inconvenience I was going to be called and did not get that at all.
