"We don't service that area," "I don't have a ladder tall enough," or companies that just didn't show up for scheduled appointments. Extremely annoying! Not Ramiro from A&R. He was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable of the situation. We scheduled a day/time for him to arrive and he arrived exactly on time. He came by to check out my issue on the roof, explained what was going on, gave me a reasonable estimate and was ready and willing to fix the issue on-site. Since I had a few other issues internally with the roof, he agreed to come back the following week to finish up the issues. I can't believe he and his colleagues were able to assist me so quickly. They get BIG time props from me! I'm really satisfied with the work that was provided. He even came back to finish up the job on the inside. Absolutely will continue to use him and his company in the future. Side Note: He's coming back next week for a totally different issue.

They were very accommodating when I called so I was pushed further back on the timeslot till after 3 PM so I could be home for the service. Thankfully, everything looked good and I did not require any additional services after the cleaning and tuneup.

For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. Highly recommended.

On repair day, Fernando and his crew were prompt, arriving at 8:30 AM just as agreed. They repaired the damaged flashing properly and corrected the siding installation the right way. THEIR WORK IS ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS! Not only was the crew professional, but they cleaned up completely after themselves and finished on time just as promised. We already have other projects lined up and know exactly who we're calling. Highly recommend them if you need someone who knows what they're doing and takes pride in doing it right!

Victor came out and conducted a garage attic inspection using a tall ladder ceiling hatch. He didn't enter the lighted attic but just did a visual inspection using a flashlight. After his inspection, Victor claimed one side of my roof needed an asphalt roofing patch. What he didn't tell me was that, five to six feet from his attic ladder inspection, was an extremely obvious water pipe leak that had created black fungus on nearby wood. So obvious you could easily view without a flashlight. So what we have here is deceiving a possible customer by telling him he has a roofing leak when, in reality, a plumber was needed to correct the interior water pipe leak. Thus, my one-star rating, which actually should be lower.

This project was part of a major rebuild for us, and I am forever grateful for their dedication to helping me get it done. The love and care they showed throughout the entire process was noted and deeply appreciated. And it wasn't just for my property, they showed that same respect to my neighbors! When they finished the job, they didn't just clean up my area; they went above and beyond and cleaned up my neighbors' space as well. That level of thoughtfulness is rare. From the owner, Roger, to Cianna in the front office, to Bryan and the incredible team of roofers on site, everyone was magnificent. If you are in the Baltimore area or anywhere else they service in Maryland, I highly recommend Charm City Roofing. They are a magnificent team and God sent.
