Avi reached out shortly after and was able to provide a quote with just a few details and photos. He showed up the next day on time and ready to work. He pointed out a few possible issues and worked to correct them. He was thorough and accurate in his service delivery. We accrued an additional cost when he advised that our back door locked should also be changed (so we wouldn't need different keys).
