This negative review of this business all comes down to the money! Keys locked in the car while on vacation with our Granddaughter. Make several calls and finally Tom actually answers. He comes to the rescue in less than 15 minutes and has us into our car in short order. So why the negative review you might ask. Like I said it all comes down to the money. He agreed to come to our rescue only if we agreed to pay him $150.00 and it had to be cash! The act of getting us into the car was only $50.00. Leaving the 10 minute round trip drive which he has as a service call on the receipt as the additional $100.00. What this is is taking advantage of people and in this case taking advantage seniors. In my opinion this makes Tom not just a bad business man but a bad person as well. Sadly, folks in our situation are probably stuck with him. My own sense of fair play makes this a two star review and not a one star review like I think would also be justified but he was prompt and he did a good job. If not for over charging us this would be a 5 star review. read more
