This review will change if we receive a call back or they show up within the time slot or window in the future. They never called back but showed up late. They were friendly and fixed the issue. We had contacted him a 2 years ago about an install on a system that was being given to us. He advised against it as it was too big for our house and would have had problems. I never got video of the coil. My mistake for not asking. I was told the job was done and system had been flushed and was clean. I was told there was no water in the pan. Within 24 hours my condo association called and said it was still leaking and there was water in my pan. I drove down from Miami to check this out. The condo was right and i was able to verify my AC is the problem. I called SBC again. They showed at the end of the day on Monday after i left to go back to Miami and told me there is no leak and all is well. Ridiculous. The water was there all weekend and in the morning. i paid $600 for a flushing and coil cleaning i may or may not have needed. My condo association is now charging me to have it done by them.
