All-Rite was quick to respond and said I needed a new compressor, the entire outside unit which I agreed to. a few months later, when I got to use the house myself, I noticed that now a very annoying vibration was being generated by the AC. My house is elevated on columns and the concrete pad hangs off the house so the first thing I checked was how they mounted the unit. They had directly bolted the unit to the pad with no isolation mounts which is just asking for trouble. I contacted them and let them know about the vibration noise and they said they would try to come by on one specific day but if they couldn't make it, they would come out on another specific day the following week. My neighbor was standing by on both days to let them in and they never showed. Not only did they not show but they did not call. I was a general contractor for 15 years and I know what it is to work with a quality HVAC service. This company has shown that they will cut corners and they have no regard for other peoples time so they get a low rating!

They were supposed to come out on a Friday and were given specific instructions to call first for entry. I received no call and no one showed. I called back and was told someone knocked and when no one answered, they left. Clearly, listening is a problem. They showed the following week and told me my coil needed to be cleaned which costs $600. I was not present and this was demonstrated my shaking out my air filter in my kitchen. Really? I never got video of the coil. My mistake for not asking. I was told the job was done and system had been flushed and was clean. I was told there was no water in the pan. Within 24 hours my condo association called and said it was still leaking and there was water in my pan. I drove down from Miami to check this out. The condo was right and i was able to verify my AC is the problem. I called SBC again. They showed at the end of the day on Monday after i left to go back to Miami and told me there is no leak and all is well. Ridiculous. The water was there all weekend and in the morning. i paid $600 for a flushing and coil cleaning i may or may not have needed. My condo association is now charging me to have it done by them.
