I was referred to Omar when looking for someone to repair a close family member's lock that was no…read morelonger working. I called Omar on a Sunday evening and he responded right away. He inquired about the repair needs and asked for pictures of the lock. After sending him pictures, he regretfully told me that he did not specialize in that unique type of lock (that was apparently obsolete and not very common). Hearing the desperation in my voice, he offered the name of another locksmith that did specialize in that type of lock. We were able to get the lock secured that same night thanks to his recommendation. Because of Omar's quick response and recommendation, my family members could sleep safely that night and not worry about someone getting in or out of their home. Omar was extremely responsive, professional and honest. And for this - I am grateful and could rest a lot easier that night.
