I try explaining that the issue is not completely fixed and still the plumber leaves as we can not communicate with one another. No one calls me to make sure issue is fixed. They went above and beyond to detect that the leak wasn't plumbing related per se but caused by a bad seal on the roof line where my sewer vents/plumbing stacks meet the outside.
