I was given the option of a repair or replacement and after an attempt at repair, we all came to the conclusion of replacement. They gave me a really good price on a 16 seer unit and even brought in a crane to place the compressor on top of my townhouse. We recently got a price on the same 3 ton unit at our home in Broward County and it was hundreds more. To top that, they don't need a crane to install that one in Coconut Creek. I will continue to use and recommend AAA Sub Zero at all of my vacation rentals here in the Keys!

I was left with a half installed HVAC that the inspector marked on the corrections sheet a very long list. So I called AAA Sub Zero as they are certified and listed right on their site. They came right out and assessed the corrections and what needed to be done to get it done right. He explained very clearly where the issues were. He offered a very good price, but more importantly quality installation that would pass code. They removed the problem items with the old HVAC system in a couple days. So I called back the inspector, PASSED! What a weight was lifted off me - and if you dealt with city Inspectors, you know what I mean. Awesome job and very cool guy, I couldn't thank him enough. They have my business for life.

The A/C system is a mish-mash of retrofitted equipment up in the attic and it's difficult to access. When I had an issue after my long-time handyman and jack-of-all-trades retired, I looked for a new repairman. The first company simply ran away when they saw my system. David understood the setup, knew what to do, and did not simply fix it but improved it. I have since signed up for a maintenance contract and am very satisfied. David and his team do a great job.

Initially , Luis diagnosed and repaired a leak causing the AC not to be cooling. The same problem…read morereturned a week later but in a different location . We decided to replace the AC unit . Luis and Jose along with a 3rd technician completed the installation in a timely manner and left area ( driveway & air handler area upstairs )cleaner than they found it. This they did with their usual professionalism, excellent customer service , technical knowledge and skills as well as their customer friendly service.This incudes their front office service provider , Jennifer who was very friendly, professional and efficient in scheduling service calls .
