The tech was super friendly and quickly fixed our capacitor and in a few hours the house was nice and cool. Service was friendly, quick, and professional. Would reccomend them in a pinch for help with your AC needs!

Rob overcharged me heavily with no clear estimates. This aligns with common scamming tactics: "sticker shock for basic services" grossly overpriced vs reasonable maintenance Beware, this company scams you out of your money ... they will scam you out of your money and overcharge you." The work was done poorly--ducts damaged and leaking, overpriced parts/labor, and absolutely no accountability afterward. I strongly caution others: get at least three quotes, insist on clear, itemized estimates, and verify credentials. This experience has been a headache and a lesson learned.

They are very good at promising and saying all the right things to get your business and then do less than quality work. I told him it looked terrible and it was going to fall apart and he yelled at me and stormed out of my house, slamming the door behind him. I tried to call him several times and he didn't answer my calls. They did eventually come back to do a half ass job (once I put a stop payment on the check) and left things undone. Now, less than four years later the stairs are cracked and the cement is falling apart. I would rather pay another company double just to not have this company back on my property. If you use them, don't pay until everything is done and check their work. They will skimp when they can.
