Had a pipe crack in our yard in key largo i had originally called this comapny to come out. They arrived 5 hours later to sewage coming up in the in yard. Just to say they had to leave and get the right equipment. they came back hours again later with a small digging unit and big tank truck. They where very Rude to us and not friendly. They spent all night fixing the pipe and asked for a cash deposit before they finish. my husband told them he did not have it and they need till wait till the morning. The use verbal threats which we recorded against us to pay them or else. I was so scared i called the sheriff and they showed up and the deputy Casey said they where very rude to him as wile and they where advised to leave our house or he was going to arrest them for trespassing. What a nightmare is company is. The people at the office wont answer our calls and use threats to intimidate you to pay. I dont understand how deceitful company like this stays in business. The employees here need to re think there job and have a come to Jesus moment before the sheriff busts down there company for fraud and they all go to jail. I was told by the sheriff they have multiple reports on there business practices and they are currently investigating them still. If you have information on this business contact the sheriffs office and ask for deputy Casey Mathews he is the lead investigator in the fraud division for the sheriff. We woke up in the middle of the night to water dripping down on our heads in our bedroom it turns out a pipe had burst in the ceiling. We called nationwide Plumbing the next morning they came out within a couple hours tore our whole ceiling apart and found the pipe that had broke they did end up fixing it but the only reason I'm giving them two stars is because they showed up they fixed it but the bill at the end was $8000 for four hours work and they were extremely rude about paying it when I tried to contact them at the office why it was so much for such a small job for only a few hours they don't even give you a chance to make a deal they automatically refer you to their lawyer if you don't like the price of the bill they gave you this is way too much money they shouldn't be overcharging people. This is wrong of them to overcharge people like this especially locals down here in the keys we're going through a lot it's just not right I'll update this review to five stars if they bring the price down under $1000 but $8000 for three hours work just to fix a broken pipe at a residential home in Key Largo is way too much I'll never use them again. read more

we called nationwide about installing a hot water heater in our home because our current one was getting old and the heater core died we live in Marathon so we called them they showed up within three or four hours which was kind of long. Now they did not do a very good job of installing it and the water heater ended up leaking we called them back to fix it and they charged us extra because they did not seal the lines property I don't think it's fair they should charge people extra and to come back out when they did a crappy job in the first place I'm not sure how they could've forgot to glue the pipe back together properly but they did but I am very upset that they overcharged us because it's not fairCharge someone when it was their fault in the first place for not gluing the pipe to my water heater correctly for my home and the keys I won't use them again other than that that' read more

Our company contacted nationwide plumbing in the keys because our restaurant in Marathon needed the grease traps pumped out to make a long story short they showed up and did a terrible job left a bunch of grease in the trap and did not clean it properly I tried to be kind with the gentleman and get him to clean it the right way but he continued to be irate in his language and told me not to tell him how to do his job and then if I kept bothering him they would charge extra for bothering their employees when I contacted the office the girl who answers the phone is extremely rude and will no longer take my phone calls they will not receive any more business from us this . Called them out to our vacation rental home boy was that a mistake they charge way way way to much for there crappy service and did such a bad job repairing our kitchen facet. The guy turned one bolt and it still leaked. Said i need to replace the hole facet and sink. I told him the sink was brand new and insulted my sick saying it was cheap. Its a 3000 dollar granite sink that was custom made in Italy. The guy was clearly not very good at his job and then handed us a bill for 1500.00 bucks when he did nothing for us. What a joke company, I found another plumber who fixed it for 100.00 and did not insult my kitchen. The day I realized my water heater was about to burst, Fred of Nationwide Plumbing came to the rescue! Though booked, he found a space of time to fix it temporarily to buy me enough time to squeeze in for an appointment the following week. Not only was he beyond efficient and knowledgeable, but he was also courteous and so very good natured and warm. Together with his other employee, they completed a fantastic and speedy job. Additionally, the young lady who answers the phone was very helpful and amicable. Moreover, his price was perfect. Nationwide was a sub plumber on our job site in key west, They failed inspection 3 times on there connection with the city. They way way overcharged us because they had to go back to key west multiple times. The lady in the office silva is really really rude and wont help you. Our business wont be subbing any more work the nation wide plumbing anymore. We are local business and nation wide plumbings bad business practices look bad on our record. They need to own up to there mistakes and begin the improve there customer relations if they want to thrive. This company has left me crying on the floor, I had called them to our vacation home because our land lord recommended them. After a few hours a tech named frank showed up in a big truck and he started fixing our issue quickly but i over heard them using racial slurs towards me as i am Muslim and wear a burka. this is so hurtful people talk that way nation wide did about people. This employee should be fired and letter of apology issued to me by the owner and i will update the review to 3 stars. Us tourists can not stand to be verbally insulted by nation wide plumbing. I had a new shower to be added to my existing tub. Fred showed up with everything needed to complete the job. There were other things that I needed done too, he got them done in addition to what I already had going. This was an older home so he had to get creative with the 35 year old plumbing. The new PEX-Al-PEX compression fitting assemblies are game changers. This should shorten time spent on the job. There were some time restraints but after all was done, I can finally put my bathroom back together. Ask for Fred, he is the plumber to ask for. You will not be dissapointed. read more

When arriving at our vacation home in the Keys my husband wanted to jump in the shower after the long trip. To our surprise the shower handle was extremely difficult to turn... I called Nationwide Plumbing and left a voicemail. We received a call back the very next day and a technician was sent to our house to inspect the issue.
