I was given the option of a repair or replacement and after an attempt at repair, we all came to the conclusion of replacement. They gave me a really good price on a 16 seer unit and even brought in a crane to place the compressor on top of my townhouse. We recently got a price on the same 3 ton unit at our home in Broward County and it was hundreds more. To top that, they don't need a crane to install that one in Coconut Creek. I will continue to use and recommend AAA Sub Zero at all of my vacation rentals here in the Keys!

I was left with a half installed HVAC that the inspector marked on the corrections sheet a very long list. So I called AAA Sub Zero as they are certified and listed right on their site. They came right out and assessed the corrections and what needed to be done to get it done right. He explained very clearly where the issues were. He offered a very good price, but more importantly quality installation that would pass code. They removed the problem items with the old HVAC system in a couple days. So I called back the inspector, PASSED! What a weight was lifted off me - and if you dealt with city Inspectors, you know what I mean. Awesome job and very cool guy, I couldn't thank him enough. They have my business for life.

My appointment was for 8:00 AM and their truck arrived at 8:02. A very prompt and polite arrival of their two Service Techs, Demi and Jason, who immediately went to work as soon as I showed them the location of the old unit. Both proceeded to go to work removing my old mini-split. Each took one component, one outside and the other inside. I was surprised on how quickly the work was completed. They are undoubtly Pros! They removed all the old trash and old unit and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Rob overcharged me heavily with no clear estimates. This aligns with common scamming tactics: "sticker shock for basic services" grossly overpriced vs reasonable maintenance Beware, this company scams you out of your money ... they will scam you out of your money and overcharge you." The work was done poorly--ducts damaged and leaking, overpriced parts/labor, and absolutely no accountability afterward. I strongly caution others: get at least three quotes, insist on clear, itemized estimates, and verify credentials. This experience has been a headache and a lesson learned.

The A/C system is a mish-mash of retrofitted equipment up in the attic and it's difficult to access. When I had an issue after my long-time handyman and jack-of-all-trades retired, I looked for a new repairman. The first company simply ran away when they saw my system. David understood the setup, knew what to do, and did not simply fix it but improved it. I have since signed up for a maintenance contract and am very satisfied. David and his team do a great job.

SoFlow came on time and the installer was the same guy that initially inspected her old unit. Both gentlemen were very nice and they did a great job taking away the old unit and putting the new unit on a new pad and plumbing in the ducting and drain pipe. My husband and I were searching for a ductless air conditioning for two rooms in our home. We were not comfortable with any of the many options or quotes we had received until May 2016. One fortuitous call to an a/c distributor led us to Kingdom Air Conditioning (KAC). Roberto of KAC came to our home to provide us a quote. The quoted price was very competitive! We followed up by checking the company's history, complaints, and license status. We also investigated the reputation of the units he suggested- all signs were very good. So we approved the quote, scheduled the install, and both units were installed (completed in 1 day). The two installers were kind and efficient, and the work spaces were cleaned up afterwards. Roberto came around during and after the install to make sure all went well. We will follow up this review with any pertinent information later on, such as warranty issues. But for now, we are extremely pleased.
