We were not comfortable with any of the many options or quotes we had received until May 2016. One fortuitous call to an a/c distributor led us to Kingdom Air Conditioning (KAC). Roberto of KAC came to our home to provide us a quote. The quoted price was very competitive! We followed up by checking the company's history, complaints, and license status. We also investigated the reputation of the units he suggested- all signs were very good. So we approved the quote, scheduled the install, and both units were installed (completed in 1 day). The two installers were kind and efficient, and the work spaces were cleaned up afterwards. Roberto came around during and after the install to make sure all went well.
