The two original original installer returned after waiting weeks and in fact confirmed that a section of the counter top did not make contact with the back of a supporting cabinet when it was installed. (Resulting in a cantilever that cases the crack) Now they say it is not under warranty, and my wife and I abused it with too much weight or heat. Unbelievable.
