My wife was sick and could not come so they refunded one of our tickets. They really know what they are doing. The catamaran was wonderful. We saw a nurse shark, yellow tail, Sargent Majors, grunts, etc... Also for bottled water they charge a humble fee of $1 per bottle. In fact I paid for 2 and ended up getting 2 more free because they were out of small change. They are a real class act. We will be booking with them again.

My Pool Guy, who comes weekly let me know that my salt cell, which is less than two years old was…read moreno longer producing chlorine. I contacted this company to come out and conduct a warranty replacement. The replacement was approved by Hayward yet this company sent out a Technician who didn't have all the necessary equipment and who ended up determining that the Cell was working by running one test, he put in bucket of water. He then said it was working fine, so I immediately called my Pool Guy and put him on speaker because the Tech was about to leave. My Pool Guy, who had already stated that the cell was not working and not producing chlorine, asked the technician if certain tests had been done. Technician who was about to leave them said he was going to run those tests but didn't. He took a sample of water and left without replacing the bad cell. I have yet to hear from company stating what tests revealed and I don't know why they didn't replace the cell if it's bad. I would not recommend this company or at minimum the technician who came to my house. I am now scrambling to see how I get this cell replaced since it's still under warranty. This company also tried to charge $200 an hour for warranty replacement work.

Their name has leak detection and they charge you for that service but all they do is to trace your…read moreplumbing and mark it on the floor. It turns out that those marks don't even accurately show how the pipes are routed. They charged me $450 to show the endpoint of a pipe that was leaking which as shown in the photos they said it end to the kitchen island five feets away. However, the plumber had to run the tape to find the end point at opposite side of the house which was not even in his markings. He charged me $650 extra because he had to cut each pipe at the manifold to see which one is the right one. I am wondering why are we even doing this kind of leak detection since running the tape into the pipe is the only concrete way to find the end of leaky pipe and the plumber charged for that service anyways. I can't justfying $450 I paid for a merely a guess work so my loss is your win take my advise and don't do it.

They refer us to the plaster material manufacture. The manufacturer rep came inspected the pool, agreed those marks shouldn't be there. He recommended another company that had the service to remove those marks. Probably we would have to empty the pool. Asked him if he could contact the pool company to check if they would pay for the work. Of course, he didn't want to get his customer upset, so that never happened.
