They are supposed to clean the pool when necessary. My pool is green but I guess that's not considered necessary. My navigator has not worked since last week, but he didn't even get close to it to be able to see if it was working. If he spent 10.minutes in my property, I think I'm being generous. I cancelled my service as of today and will no longer be using them. Best of luck.

My…read moreparents pool needed some maintenance beyond the normal pool cleaning, and the individuals at Dadeland Pool have been very helpful. We're really not knowledgeable on pool parts etc., so we asked a lot of questions. They were very patient, and were supportive when we mentioned taking their estimate elsewhere to see if it was standard. Their estimate was totally fair, and I appreciated that they weren't pushy and didn't try to rush us into a decision. The service was excellent, as usual. Glad to have found a reliable company for my parents. One less thing to worry about! One other note - there is a company with a very similar name that also works in the area called Dadeland Pool Plus. I think they're more of a pool supply company? I don't know, but I inadvertently called them a few times when trying to reach Dadeland Pool. It was def a little confusing before I realized what was going on.

I had found out that the company I was previously using was not fully licensed and we're not qualified for pool maintenance which I should have realized given the cheap price. I did dome digging and realized most are not qualified! They don't have the licenses on their trucks so if anything were to happen to my pool they wouldn't be qualified to fix it! Naturally I went in search for a qualified company and found Dadeland Pool. They have a great reputation and have been around since the early 70's and most importantly they are fully certified! My pool is always clean and most importantly I love my pool tech! They do repairs and much more! Great service! I highly recommend!

Structural issues and zero accountability!…read more We hired Gray Dolphin in June 2021, and while the pool initially looked beautiful, the experience has turned into a nightmare. Within the first year, cracks appeared in the coping. We tried to be reasonable and even paid for materials for a repair, but the cracks have now spread across the entire deck. Multiple independent experts have confirmed the issue is the concrete slab--the very foundation Gray Dolphin installed. We have documented proof that the cracks are originating from the sub-surface they built. Despite our attempts to reach out professionally to Robert to find a solution, our concerns have been ignored. A pool deck should not be failing in under 5 years. If you want a builder who stands by their structural work, look elsewhere!
