I've hired many services using Yelp. This is the first time that I had a bad experience. Very unpleasant... They came for a free estimate which was $200 to $300. It was agreed that they would return a few days later. They did, and it turned out to be $500+ because they did something they didn't anticipate. That's ok. They got paid via Zelle over $500. The next morning, less than 24 hours later, the pool filter is leaking... as it was before. Called them. They start saying is something else, that I should trouble shoot, that they live too far to go back, etc. Excuses... After many text messages and conversations asked them to honor and go check their work. If something else is needed they will get paid for their work. But they demanded $140 for going back plus anything else they might repair. Then requested money for parts via Zelle in advance!! I refused to send money in advance. They played the victim card "many people take advantage of us because we are young ". We did not take advantage. We paid them! Immediately! Their work must be guaranteed. I looked in sunbiz and their business seems to be inactive. They have sent the most inappropriate text messages in any professional relationship I've seen. These people are in distress. Don't seem to understand how business is conducted in America read more

I had the unfortunate circumstance of asking Elite to automate my pool pump and chlorine cell. They improvised a timer that couldn't actually get the cell to produce chlorine and when I said the job wasn't finished, they wanted to argue I didn't ask to completely automate the system. They refused to refund my money and the conversation devolved into name calling. I hope your interaction with not so Elite is better then mine. read more

I am very satisfied with the pump installation for our above ground Pool. I called several Pool repair companies and they did not want to do the job of installation because it was an above ground pool and/or the pump was not purchased from their company. Our pool turned green because we had no power while our new home's paperwork was being transferred to us. It was Sunday and I found Elite Everlasting Pool through yelp. They were amazing! Came in right away even though it was Sunday and fixed the pool without having to drain it, which saved us a ton of money. Since then they have maintained it perfectly. This week we our pump broke and they replaced everything for us. They came at 8pm on a Tuesday and worked on it till they finished at 10pm because it had been raining all day and they wanted to make sure to replace it to prevent the pool from turning green. Can't speak to the quality of their service, but they have been unresponsive. I gave them a few days to respond to my inquiry via Yelp and even followed up with a few phone calls. When I finally got someone on the phone I sent the information they asked for by text message so they could get back to me. No one did, even after I sent a reminder by text. I can understand that they might be too busy to take on new work but they could at least respond and let you know. To me this is indicative of someone's overall attitude toward the customer. They sent a text to my husband asking for our gate code and said they didn't like waiting for someone to put the dogs in the house if they happened to be outside. Extremely disappointed went on vacation for two weeks and came back to a pool full of algae and low water level. The pool had not been serviced since we had left town. When confronted they proceeded to insist they were there every week cleaning and adding chemicals. Bell and her team found and repaired my leaks, repaired my pump and filter...installed a new timer all at very fair rates. What I love the most, is when Bell says they will be there, they are there. I called the retail shops first but they were all booked, and I needed immediate service. After reading the 5 reviews and viewing their pics, I decided to give EEP a try. I called and they came by the same day for an estimate. They offered same day service but I opted for next day. We both agreed to a tentative appointment of either 6am or 5pm. I received a call at 6am as promised. I have a leaf issue so my pool is often full of leaves. They came by removed all the leaves, clean my cartridge filter, checked my water quality and even got my kreepy krauly working again.
